Our client is looking to hire a Vice President to be part of the investment team of the Private Credit business. The position will assist the team in carrying out its investment strategy which is focused on capital preservation. The position will be based in Riyadh and report to Head of the Fund. The work will involve both the sourcing and execution of Private Credit deals.

(1) RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity sponsors and intermediaries to generate new deals, and maintain collaborative working relationship with other private business, banking partners in the countries concerned.
• Participate in deal teams to accomplish work as required on several deals simultaneously.
• Manage a pool of junior investment professionals.
• Assist in marketing activities, taking a proactive approach to developing new client contacts and project leads.
• Research target companies and industries to develop a pipeline of deals.
• Act in the capacity of a deal leader by taking the lead in the preparation of proposals and pitches for new investments.
• Support the approval process including drafting of pre-screen memoranda and other internal approvals.
• Participate in and lead the due diligence and preparation phases of the mandate which would include technical, legal regulatory and commercial assessment of the transaction.
• Participate and lead the structuring and negotiating of deals.
• Oversee and provide guidance in the drafting and preparation of term sheets and other legal documentations.
• Oversee and provide guidance to junior staff in the production of financial models and other project components.

(2) REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters in Business Administration with Finance concentration or professional degree in finance/investment.
• 8+ years XP in credit driven investment transactions, corporate finance banking and related investment experience.
• Good understanding of the economic trends globally and in particular in the GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia.
• Experience and knowledge of investments across various sectors.
• Experience in managing multiple transactions.
• Good determination, drive, energy and persistence.
• Good team player and able to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of the region is a plus.
• Understanding of traditional and complex credit structures.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral, including the ability to convey ideas and positions clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, design and implement projects and to close deals.

Receive process customer requests, work orders, inquiries, assigning drivers vehicles for deliveries. Develop and optimize efficient delivery routes, monitor driver progress, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.

Required Candidate profile

Utilize dispatch software, GPS, mapping, other communication systems to manage track operations. Familiarity with dispatching software, logistics programs, email,other relevant tools.

Role & responsibilities Need Electrical Design Engineer with Gulf Exp in LV Switchgear, Single Line Diagrams (SLD).

Qualification -B.Tech or B.E / Diploma in Electrical or Electrical and Electronic

Experience yrs with 2yrs Gulf exp as a Electrical Design Engineer with Gulf Exp in LV Switchgear, Single Line Diagrams (SLD).

Job Description:

1. In-depth knowledge of LV switchgear and applicable standards (ARAMCO, SABIC etc.) such as IEC , 60529 etc.

2. Understand design requirements and prepare:

3. Single Line Diagrams (SLD).

4. Foundation Plan
5. General arrangement drawings.
6. Control schematics (LV & MV).

7. Perform calculations like (Short circuit, Heat Dissipation, control components burden, CTs, VTs) and selection of different electrical components (Circuit breakers, protection relays etc.)

8. Prepare and review project documents.

9. Ensure timely execution of project deliverables in accordance with design and delivery schedules.

10. Work with SCADA systems and integrate them into the switchgear design as per project requirements.

11. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, internal design teams, and production to finalize electrical design documentation for manufacturing.

12. Maintain design quality, ensure compliance with international standards, and support during installation and commissioning

if required.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Proficiency in EPLAN PS, AutoCAD Electrical, SIMIRIS 58, or similar design tools

Familiarity with protection relays, instrument transformers, and power system components

Excellent knowledge of electrical codes and standards

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience in project execution and cross-functional collaboration

Prior experience with Siemens products and SIMARIS software is plus.
