Training Requirements:

- Company assets, tools, and office equipment entrusted to the trainee must be handled responsibly.
- Confidentiality must be maintained for all company information, designs, and work documents. All work produced during the training period remains the company s property.
- Training may be terminated due to non-compliance or organizational needs within the company.
- The trainee must complete at least 90% of the training period to qualify for the financial reward.
