WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
- Help plan, organize, and execute training programs to address employee development needs.
- Support to drive the "People Development" agenda in the factory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with the organizational objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication.
- Monitor and track individual development plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Track and report on training attendance, and effectiveness, and progress, providing insights to support continuous improvement.
- Organize and execute factory-wide events to promote employee engagement
- Collect, organize, and manage HR data
- Develop, implement, and lead a structured and engaging onboarding process that ensures a seamless transition for new employees
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field less than 2 years ago
- Have a minimum of 3 - 6 months of previous internship or work experience in related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and manage information effectively
