- Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Theatre Arts, or a related field

Job Purpose:
CPD coordinator responsible provides technical assistance to individuals and groups conducting (conferences, workshops, and training courses).
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepares and submits materials for Continuing Medical Education (CME) through the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties website.
- Drafts and submits the required letters to the finance department for the processing of both the 1st and 2nd SADAD payments.
- Proactively assesses and manages the necessary resources for educational sessions, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and technology are available, functional, and ready for use.
- Tracks and monitors attendance for all CME programs, ensuring accurate records are kept for participants and addressing any attendance-related issues promptly.
- Enters and updates the details of all attendees into the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties portal to get CME points for participants.
- Upholds and adheres to the established organizational structure and communication protocols, ensuring effective communication and reporting in accordance with the organizational chart.
- Develops and organizes the annual Academic Calendar plans.
- Prepares reports as requested, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of relevant information.
