We’re looking for an SAP Supply Chain Management Project Manager (Manager level)
Key Profile Requirements :
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and experience in presentation to senior leadership
- You will ideally have 10+ years of relevant professional experience within SAP Digital Transformation (ideally SAP SCM ) with skilled experience as Program delivery lead and SAP Implementation experience in minimum 6 projects.
- Proven experience successfully leading and managing a team delivering Digital transformation projects
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Consulting experience and SAP implementation experience is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of project manager and supervisors delivering projects throughout the entire project life cycle to meet project objectives
- Has an overall view of all Regions, workstreams etc.
- Ensures PMO has the appropriate governance structure in place.
- Ensures all areas have appropriate and achievable plans in place and timelines can be met.
- Ensures risks and issues are effectively mitigated or resolved.
- Responsible for reporting and raising issues to Business Stakeholders where Programme Timeline / Quality etc. may be impacted.
- Attends Steering committee, change control board and any other governance meetings as required
- Ensure successful delivery of the program
- Stakeholder management and issues resolution
- Lead the team to ensure projects are delivered to scope, budget, schedule, required quality, within the client requirements
- Strong Program management skills
- Broad SAP application skills
- Experience in more than one of the following areas: Financial accounting and closing operations, cost management, profitability analysis, New General Ledger, SAP S/4HANA Finance, Cash management, bank management and Treasury , Central finance
- Strong knowledge in SAP Activate /Agile/ Hybrid implementation methodologies
- Capability of presenting the value proposition in the module / area,
- Very good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills
Technical skills requirements
- Experience in the following SAP Areas : Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong integration knowledge with other domains / functional areas
- Strong knowledge in SAP Activate /Agile/ Hybrid implementation methodologies, understands the end to end program lifecycle
- Capability of presenting the value proposition in the module / area
- Very good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills
Additional Requirements
- Approximately 10 to 12 years of total experience and SAP Implementation experience in minimum 6 projects
- Experience in leading Supply Chain stream, leading SAP projects or have been in PMO Position
