You Will
  • Support all aspects of the recruiting process, working directly with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers, owning the coordination & logistics of complicated, multi-step interviews.
  • Manage the onsite and virtual candidate experience, including interview scheduling, room blocking, travel arrangements, candidate communications, and any other required support activities for the recruitment and selection process, ensuring all parties are well prepared and feel supported at each stage.
  • Provide post-offer support to all candidates, including pre-employment screenings, initiating relocation services, and operating as the candidate’s primary point of contact through day 1.
  • Collaborate with designated HR Operations partner, IT, Facilities, Security, Talent Management, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Specific to geographical alignment, and in partnership with applicable team members, ensure compliance with local and regional government regulations and data integrity through accountability, training, and technology.
  • Facilitate internal transfers and celebrate employee growth in partnership with TA, HR, Compensation, Mobility, and Immigration.
  • Participate in operational tasks and process improvement projects to continue evolving the candidate experience in alignment with Lucid’s brand, building process efficiencies, and aiding in hiring the best talent in the world.
  • Serve as a point of contact to candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and internal business stakeholders.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as required to support the Talent Acquisition team.
You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience or scheduling coordination (across time zones and locations)

Record Keeping:

● All interview notes to be captured on Workable

● All successful shortlisted candidates to be saved on Workable for future pipeline

● Track and capture feedback on all entry interviews Monthly Reporting

● Update recruitment activity sheet

● Ensure the applicant tracking system (Workable) is updated with prospective candidates and interview feedback

● Meet with Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Hiring Managers to discuss the progress of open positions, quality of candidates and strategy to find and engage more talent.

● Provide pre-screened and qualified candidates to Hiring Manager within agreed time frames

Other:

● Ensure all recruitment documents are scanned and saved on Workable

● Coordinate and implement university graduate recruiting initiatives

● Build recruitment networks through industry / global contacts to keep up to date with recruitment practices

● Perform any other reasonable task which might be required from time to time

● Manage relationships with recruitment agencies

  • Aligning the forecast and talent needs in partnership with business leaders and executing the agreed plan for recruitment strategy during the year to contribute to the long-term growth of the company.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the development of effective recruitment strategies with minimal reliance on external search agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk’s global standard TA processes and uphold the employer value proposition across all recruitment efforts.

You will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition Emerging Markets & Manufacturing, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The team is driven by a shared commitment to excellence and innovation, with a focus on achieving impactful results. We work closely with Global People & Organization (P&O), local management teams, and external partners to ensure that our recruitment processes are efficient and in line with the organization's policies and standards. Qualifications

Note: This position is open to Saudi nationals in accordance with local labour regulations.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following :

  • Strong experience in talent acquisition with proven success in executing effective recruitment strategies.
  • A bachelor’s degree; relevant experience in a specialized HR function may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in international pharma company or recruitment agency is nice to have.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders, leading without authority.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively to inform decision-making.
