Job Summary
El Seif Operation and Maintenance (ESOM) is hiring a motivated Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing recruitment both within Saudi Arabia and internationally, with a strong ability to source top talent for technical and operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both local and overseas positions
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
- Screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for various roles
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and Saudization targets
