A leading semi-government organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology Director to develop and implement the strategic plan for IT and digital transformation in alignment with the organization's direction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Aligning the department's functions with the organization's strategic plan.
- Developing the department’s strategic roadmap and implementing best practices and methodologies in IT management.
- Overseeing the identification of all technical requirements and ensuring the delivery of appropriate solutions and support.
- Designing systems and infrastructure plans that consider employee needs, security, system compatibility, and technical resources.
