Role: Introduce Kerridge, J D Edwards or ERP based solutions to the in-house information requirements of the auto business.
Main Responsibilities
- Define the information requirements of the auto business.
- Identify & design the optimal solution to meeting FMC needs from among alternative solutions based on Kerridge, J D Edwards or ERP platforms.
- Prepare a road map for implementing the approved solution.
- Budget for implementation of the plans.
- Identify different vendors for plan implementation.
- Evaluate proposals from different vendors to select the most suitable implementation agency.
- Ensure implementation of the proposed solution within time and budget, including networking among various branches.

Education

Auto CFO; has to work in close interaction with functional and departmental heads of FMC.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Demonstrate understanding of the safety significance in the operation and maintenance of the High, Medium and Low Voltage systems and Traction Power Systems in a railway environment and always place this safety as the highest priority;
- Technical management of Subject Matter Experts for **MV/LV Power Systems** and **Traction Power Systems;**

- Responsible for measuring O&M Contractors’ performance in relation to MV and LV and Traction Power Systems, (must be capable of evaluating and adjusting performance where and when required);
- Advise on the Asset Management and Maintenance Strategy relating to MV and LV and Traction Power Systems;
- Monitor, audit and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) relating to MV, LV and Traction Power Systems;
- Represent and support the Senior Asset & Maintenance Manager as needed; and Perform other duties as directed, in support of the Asset & Maintenance Team and the project.

- Technical management of engineering teams or similar;

- Design and deliver engineering solutions leveraging Go, Python, and open source tools such as Airbyte and Temporal
- Seek improvements to established processes, designs, and engineering solutions
- Partner with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs
- Experience as a software developer in Python
- Excellent understanding of integration patterns
- Experience as a hands-on engineering manager or a team lead
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate remotely with a diverse set of team members and stakeholders, remain highly motivated, productive, and organized in a fully remote environment
- Ability to travel to international destinations for one week at a time, approximately 2-4 times per year. Locations prior to the global pandemic included New York, Seattle, London, Cape Town, Budapest, Berlin, Montreal, and Brussels
- Experience as a software developer in a high-level language - preferably Go
- Experience in a business role such as sales, finance, or operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related engineering field
Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills.
