KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Supervise daily maintenance and repair of terminal yard, quay side, examination areas, cold
inspection facilities, and associated assets.
· Implement ISO 41001-compliant asset management systems for terminal structures (berths, yards, buildings)
· Lead resilience planning for coastal infrastructure
· Monitor the performance of maintenance activities and escalate major issues to the Manager.
· Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed.
