Job Summary:

The System Integration Officer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise

integrations across platforms through ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) technologies. The role involves

implementing and managing integration solutions to ensure e2icient data exchange, system

reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in the design and implementation of integration workflows and services on the ESB

platform.


• Develop and maintain APIs and data interfaces between systems.


• Monitor integration processes, identify performance issues, and support troubleshooting.


• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security across systems.


• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to support integration requirements.


• Document technical configurations and maintain integration knowledge base.


• Participate in testing, deployment, and change management for new or updated

integrations.

Qualifications and Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in system integration or middleware development (preferably ESBbased).


• Familiarity with integration tools (such as MuleSoft, WSO2, IBM Integration Bus, or Oracle

Service Bus).


• Good understanding of API development, SOAP/RESTful services, and XML/JSON data

formats.


• Knowledge of integration protocols (HTTP, FTP, JMS) and data security best practices.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Testing & Commissioning / Systems Integration Director to join our team In this role you will get to provide direction and management for medium-sized projects, or several small projects, and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsible for the scope development, scope management, and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives. Plans and defines program goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies. Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans. Typically manages projects up to $100 million in total installed cost.

  • Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
  • Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
  • Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
  • Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.
  • Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
  • Markets and secures additional work with client.
  • Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
  • Responsible for the development and distribution of a project summary to all members of the project team for reference.
  • Provides input on performance reviews and development plans for subordinates.
  • Mobilizes company resources, through liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
  • Works with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project.
  • Promotes technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes.

  • Ability to meet Parsons' project management certification requirements
  • Familiarity with the integration of engineering/technical aspects, as well as procurement and construction activities
  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
