Responsibilities- Installation and configuration of Windows servers, AD, DNS, and DHCP
- Install and configure local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and network segments and servers, such as file servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems
- Troubleshoot system hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Install, configure, and administer Symantec endpoint protection, server, and client
- Install, configure and administer Symantec backup
- Configuration and administration of Microsoft Exchange Online with Microsoft 365
- Administration of Microsoft Exchange Server
- Manage and maintain Odoo software
- Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring analysis and tuning
- Analyzing system logs and identify potential issues with computer operating systems
- Applying server and operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes; documenting the configuration changes

- Perform database backups, recovery, and regular maintenance tasks

- Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Experience in multiple OS platforms with a strong emphasis on Linux (CentOS, Red Hat, Ubuntu), Mac OS X, and Windows systems
- Experience with OS-level scripting environments such as Bourne shell
- Understanding of SQL databases
