To be considered for this role you must have:
- At least 5+ years of experience designing with an enterprise-level design system, with a minimum of 2 years specifically managing and evolving such a system.
- Strong experience in managing and documenting design systems, including component libraries, guidelines, and version control.
- A highly organized and methodical approach to task management, prioritization, and system upkeep.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively challenge stakeholders and advocate for design system principles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for design system management
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration between design and development teams, ensuring smooth integration of design system components.
- Experience in defining and implementing governance models for design systems.
- Please note: This role is purely focused on the management and evolution of the design system; it does not involve any hands-on design work.
You should be:
- Willing to dedicate normal working hours (9-6) to VML, not in parallel with other working commitments.
- Based in Dubai or Riyadh, or be willing to relocate. This role will be primarily office based so remote is not an option.
- Able to communicate your ideas effectively to clients and colleagues alike, particularly when advocating for design system adherence.
- Experienced working with developers and other talented types throughout the agency and wider network.
- Ability to present and defend design system principles and updates to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Focus on fine detail while considering the wider strategic context of the client's digital ecosystem.

Job Purpose
Jobs at this level are responsible for performing advanced and technically complex data and information analysis activities and accordingly preparing recommendations. They are also responsible for ensuring the delivery of reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the demand and delivery for data analysis and prioritize requests to ensure timely delivery to requesting parties.
- Evaluate the feasibility of reporting requirements and data availability; coordinate with CAD through BI Ops. to source data into EDW systems if data is unavailable.
- Liaise with requestor teams to ensure full understanding of requests.
- Deliver analysis in the required format to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct post-decision analysis to monitor the impact of data-driven decisions.
- Make modifications to reports based on insights gained from post-decision analysis.
- Review and suggest proactive measures to improve business performance.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with detailed analytical feedback, including ad-hoc requests.
- Develop and maintain dashboards on BI applications in coordination with CAD through BI Ops., and administer these dashboards.
- Liaise with CAD to enrich EDW by sourcing valuable data and developing data marts for insights.
- Ensure the availability of relevant data marts to support customer-level analysis for products and services.

- Monitor global trends and advancements to ensure STC aligns with best practices in enterprise BI solutions.
- Coordinate with CAD for general requests and data quality (DQ) to ensure optimal data conditions.
- Consolidate and maintain B2C KPIs Catalog and align KPIs across B2C units.
- Ensure documentation and maintenance of analytics and campaign management custom data scripts.
- Manage AoP initiatives and CAD’s BAU budget related to B2C analytical demand.
Experience
0-2 years of experience in business analysis and reporting.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems.
