- To ensure kitchen work practices reflect written procedures.
- Conduct a monthly back of house food safety inspection and observations recorded and distributed to all relevant departments involved and follow up on all non-conformities highlighted to ensure action is taken in a timely and efficient manner.
- To conduct inspections for Outlet/Coffee Shop to ensure SFDA Municipality regulations are being adhered to.
- Support the Purchasing Coordinator to conduct Supplier site inspections and report writing.
- Accompany the SFDA/MOH Municipality during their routine inspections and sampling practices.
- Circulate the Report Findings to the relevant departments and ensure that non-conformities are addressed and rectified.
- Verify key critical control points for compliance with critical limits.
- Reviews accurate completion of receiving process checks and temperature checking.
- Undertakes legal compliance reviews relating to temperatures and trade practices issues.
- Reports to management on issues relating to food safety, quality and legal compliance.
- Monitor and reports on the effectiveness of HACCP/Food Safety Plan implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of Sustainability department to provide exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand operating standards and budget.

The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Focus on the rejuvenation of the Sustainability department.
- Products and services will be constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
- Focus and review regularly through my physical presence in the department, our rigorous adherence to LQA standards.
- Lead a team of engaged and experienced hosts to provide the Six Senses exceptional standards of service.
- Manage the Sustainability Fund on a monthly basis and ensure the funds are collected and distributed in an effective and transparent manner, documenting the projects and initiatives the fund supports.
- Maintaining relationships with key community organizations and representatives such as schools, special interest groups, local government departments and tourism associations is an important part of this role.
- Engage with the local community on a regular basis will ensure the property is an active and supportive member through Sustainability Fund projects and educational/fun sustainability activities.
- Lead sustainable host events on a monthly basis that are fun, engaging and supportive of a culture of sustainability among the team.
- Assist no connecting the property with globally recognized sustainability events, initiatives, and 'citizen science', such as Earth Day, World Ocean's Day and Global Shoreline Clean-Up for guests and hosts.
- Revise and control department's operational budget is strictly adhered to and all costs will be continually monitored and controlled to drive profitability, while taking into consideration the preservation of required standards with every decision made.
- Ensure that forecasting is undertaken on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to ensure budgets are met and exceeded.
- Minimize payroll costs by maximizing productivity and efficient scheduling of hosts.
- Prepare and submit legally required and confidential documentation related to the operation.
- Complete accurately all corporate reporting requirements for the role.
- Attend or conduct the designated meetings and briefings as instructed.
- Perform any additional duties given to me by my manager.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Sustainability Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, or closely related field.
- Technical skills and at least four years' experience in a sustainability-related role within hospitality with proven results.
- Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Familiar with various hotel systems including POS and OPERA platforms and have knowledge on property and policies.
- Fluent in English

Job Summary
Reporting to the General Manager
The CSR & Sustainability Manager will act as the primary focal point for sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within the resort. The role is responsible for implementing and monitoring ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, ensuring alignment with Red Sea Global requirements, and Clinique La Prairie's CSR guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
ESG Leadership: Serve as the resort's reference person for all ESG-related matters, promoting environmental, social, and governance standards.
· Project Liaison: Act as the interface between Red Sea Global CSR teams and the resort's operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of sustainability initiatives.
· Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with CSR recommendations from Clinique La Prairie SA and integrate them into the resort's operations.
· Sustainability Practices: Oversee the implementation of sustainable practices across all departments, embedding them into daily operations.
· Data Collection & Reporting: Collect and analyze required sustainability data (GHG emissions, energy consumption, waste management, procurement quality, etc.) to support internal and external studies.
· Awareness & Engagement: Organize internal activities, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to foster a culture of sustainability among staff and guests.
· Operational Support: Collaborate with operational departments to implement CSR strategies and ensure alignment with the resort's overall business objectives.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend new opportunities for enhancing sustainability performance in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, Amaala's sustainability commitments and Clinique La Prairie SA's vision.
· The sustainability Manager will work with ESG Corporate as a matrix organization
Qualifications & Education
Education: Master's degree (or equivalent) in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business, or related fields with a minor specialization in Sustainability.
· Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience (including internships) in CSR, sustainability, or related fields.
· Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
