Senior to Senior Manager - Climate Change & Sustainability Services (CCaSS) - KSA - FY26

Overview

EY’s CCaSS team in KSA is seeking experienced professionals, from Senior to Senior Manager levels, with a background in Climate Change and Sustainability consulting. Candidates should have exposure to areas such as energy management, green building, HSE management systems, sustainable value creation, sustainability digitization, business model innovation, sustainable supply chain, and reporting. EY engages with clients across industries to provide insights into climate change and sustainability developments and to help build a dynamic sustainability practice.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client engagements, develop relationships, and maintain communication with senior team members across industries (e.g., consumer products, Oil & Gas, financial services).
  • Perform audit procedures and create work products such as audit analyses and engagement documentation.
  • Evaluate and test processes and controls; participate in client meetings; assist in report preparation.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Proactive, accountable, and results-driven with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong resource management and effective communication to contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (e.g., chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering, or environmental science). An MSc or MBA is advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of sustainability issues and opportunities, including climate change policies and the carbon market.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in sustainability practices, including Circular Economy, ESG, and Climate Action initiatives.
  • Strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Arabic language proficiency is required.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Further studies and/or relevant professional qualifications.
  • A track record with a leading consulting firm.
