- Oversee rider acquisition, performance, and partnership operations.

**A Day in the Life of a Supply & Demand Planning Manager**:
- Manage and maintain a skilled, motivated team of Demand and Supply planners to continuously improve the quality of the demand and supply plans and the efficiency with which they are produced.

- Define and drive the right iniatives to achieve business results
- Support the Director in making optimal investments and decisions in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX
- Manage and monitor the budget within the subdepartment

**People & Performance Management**

**What will make you successful**
- At least 5 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning
