**A Day in the Life**
This exciting new role has been created to support, analyze, and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs to our clients, of which the primary one in the CEMA region is the Saudi Ministry of Health. It will be a long-term consulting engagement, and you will be required to provide strategic guidance and deliver transformational supply chain projects, bringing your deep understanding of healthcare supply chain management principles to Regulators, Device and Pharma suppliers and Healthcare Providers.
This is a hybrid role supporting Saudi Arabia and other countries in the Middle East region's business and customers. The role will report directly to the IHS (Integrated Health Solution) EMEA Supply Chain Director. Travel is anticipated to be 75%.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with our client's overall business goals. For example, this will include working on client's procurement improvement initiatives, demand planning and stock management strategies.
+ Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of IHS people working with you on your assignments. This involves shaping and reviewing deliverables, providing training, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
+ Inventory Management: Review with our client the methods and KPIs used to manage and optimise inventory and stock availability. This includes reviewing the quality of KPIs to allow our client to have control over supply risks and performance of its network partners (such as GPOs and 3PLs).
+ Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve our client's supply chain processes to improve service levels and controls in their role as healthcare provide (for example, Ministry of Health as Regulator to providers in Saudi Arabia). Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline operations.
+ Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators of the IHS programme in conjunction with IHS PMO to measure the effectiveness of the programme. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
+ Grow the IHS business: Support IHS Business Development with new business opportunities for IHS to further grow in your region.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ 12+ years experience in a healthcare supply chain environment, or similar
+ Strong Consulting (at big 4 or boutique consultancy) and project management experience
+ Strong data management, analytical skills, presentation and communication skills
+ Supply chain / logistics / material management background essential
+ Hospital or medical device background is preferred
+ Good academic record, with MBA or Master's degree in science, operations or supply chain management from Tier-1 university is preferred
+ Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential

FINANCE or SUPPLY CHAIN SENIOR FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT | DYNAMICS 365 – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

  • Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients;

  • Responsible for end-to-end implementation of D365 solutions and relevant business processes;
  • Aid the internal Goto market with Sales activities;
  • Participate in pre-sales activities;
  • Participate in developing & preparing the technical part of the proposals in Arabic and English;
  • Manage, mentor, and train junior resources;
  • Support Local and Regional customers on all stages of the projects and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Utilising specialist knowledge of Finance or SCM / Project Accounting or Manufacturing/ HR processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product to support the development and expansion of Dynamics 365;
  • Lead customer discovery and identify challenges, propose solutions, and provide executive-level presentations as a trusted subject matter expert in platforms and solutions;
  • Effectively managing large work streams to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule and remain within the approved budget;
  • Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed;
  • Delivering end user training;
  • Ability to own and coordinate team resources;
  • To provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics within a specific industry.
These hard skills :
  • Degree in Computer Science Management, Economics, Management, Engineering / Industrial Management, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent;
  • 5+ years of proven record implementing Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Module, in the capacity of solution architect or functional consultant;
  • 2+ years working with a consultancy company;
  • 2+ years of project management (preferred);
  • Solid knowledge in business processes in the financial areas such as : general and analytical accounting, treasury and cash flow, budgeting (preferred), salary processing (preferred), financial and fiscal management (notions of), management control (preferred);
  • Solid knowledge in business processes in the SCM area such as : Supply Chain, Warehouse management System, Retail (Preferred), Manufacturing (Preferred);
  • Solid knowledge in business processes in Human Resources (Preferred) and Project Operations (Preferred);
  • Experience in analysis, modeling and design of business processes in the Financial or SCM areas;
  • Experience of working within teams that use AGILE methodology (preferred);
  • Teamwork experience within a business context and associated with IT;
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

  • Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skill set;

  • Sense of responsibility, autonomy, proactivity, and work under pressure;
  • Availability to travel (within and outside the country) within the scope of specific projects.

Responsibilities:

Collect weekly data on supplier performance, pricing, cost allocation, purchasing, Item lead-time; find where the gaps & areas of improvement keeping IKTVA on mind,

Define departmental KPI's with management & continually highlighting the areas of improvement. Ensuring HSE compliance for themselves and their suppliers, Adhering to all company policies.

Education/Qualifications:

Bachelor's in business administration or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.

Mastery of English language & Arabic is a must.

Analytical & Supplier development experience is preferred; Knowledge or Prior experience in Oracle system or similar application is preferred.

Proficiency in electronic software programs such as MS Office Excel is a must.
