We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Student Affairs Specialist to provide comprehensive support to students, ensuring an enriching and positive educational experience. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary resource for students, guiding them in academic, personal, and social matters while collaborating with various departments to promote student success and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Support and Advising:
Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries and concerns.
Offer guidance on academic policies, procedures, and available resources.
Assist students with personal issues and connect them to counseling and support services when necessary.
Provide mediation and support for students facing conflicts or grievances.
Student Engagement and Activities:
Plan, organize, and coordinate student activities, workshops, and events to enhance campus life.
Collaborate with student organizations and leadership programs to foster student involvement.
Promote and facilitate student participation in extracurricular activities and community service projects.
Academic Coordination:
Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance to help students achieve their goals.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to support at-risk students and improve retention rates.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and interventions.
Assist in managing student databases, tracking academic performance, and monitoring attendance.
Prepare reports and analyze statistical data related to student affairs activities and outcomes.
Policy and Compliance:
Ensure students comply with institutional policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and enforcement of student conduct policies.
Stay updated on educational laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between students, faculty, administration, and external organizations.
Effectively communicate important updates, deadlines, and campus events to students.
Collaborate with departments such as financial aid, admissions, and counseling to ensure comprehensive student support.
Career and Professional Development Support:
Assist in organizing career fairs, internships, and networking opportunities for students.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in student services, academic advising, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in office software and student management systems.
Key Competencies:
Empathy and understanding of student challenges.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Team collaboration and ability to work across departments.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Package:
• Base salary SAR 9,500 per month TAX FREE

Job SummaryThe Scheduling Specialist is responsible for scheduling all classes, assigning rooms, calculating the number of course events (same-course sections) needed based on enrolments, and adjusting scheduled course times when necessary. Staff scheduling specialists coordinate the course dates for all courses offered and contact colleges regarding their schedules. Colleges and faculty liaise with the scheduling office to plan their semester schedules.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities- Determine schedules and coordinate with colleges and individual faculty requests based on student enrolments & subject expertise.
- Train college and department personnel on the class scheduling application system.
- Schedule all courses and lectures for assigned campus location and, when necessary, for other campuses.
- Create course schedules for all degree programs in SIS.
- Coordinate and revise schedules in consultation with university colleges and departments.
- Communicate effectively with faculty and college administrators in English.
- Reserve event rooms for optimal planning considering course schedules, room size and availability, student numbers, and lecturer needs, in compliance with safety requirements.
- Enter and manage data in the student information system Banner and archive relevant information.
- Set up/model new study programs and adapt existing ones in the University SIS.
- Create and maintain the final exam schedule for all classes.
- Collaborate with team in using data to provide solutions and recommendations to college schedulers to optimize classroom utilization.
- Collaborate with the registration team and technology support teams in oversight of registration cycles, dates and deadlines, priority registration, and all system processes related to registration; ensure that registration systems function correctly.
- Establish teaching assignments for adjunct lecturers and ensure onboarding.

- Excellent written and spoken language skills in English.
- Excellent organizational & planning skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
