• Coordinate engineering design and calculations in compliance with international code of practice
• Analyzing loads, forces, and stresses to ensure the stability and integrity of buildings and infrastructure
• Coordinate structural/civil drawings, design analysis and calculations with senior engineer

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognized university; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of structural design experience in buildings and/or infrastructure projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Proficient in design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit Structures, and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of SBC, ACI, BS, Eurocodes, or other relevant design codes.
• Familiarity with structural detailing and coordination with BIM platforms is preferred.

Senior Structural Design Engineer
to join our growing team in Riyadh. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects in collaboration with international and regional partners, applying advanced design codes and BIM methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design activities for residential, industrial, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring compliance with local authority requirements (e.g., MODON, ITC, ADP, GHA) and international standards (BS, ACI, Eurocodes).
• Deliver detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications for steel, concrete, and composite structures,.
• Review geotechnical reports and propose safe, economical foundation solutions.
• Supervise junior engineers and coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Perform structural analysis and modeling using industry-leading software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD, Revit).
• Participate in client presentations, technical meetings, and authority submissions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Minimum
  12–15 years
  of professional experience, with at least 10 years in a senior design role in the GCC.
• Strong experience in the design of large-scale commercial projects.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional membership (preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of structural design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode, SBC).
• Proficiency in design software: ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
