Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, modular, and future-ready BSS solutions that enable B2B service innovation (e.g., self-service portals, CPQ tools, usage-based billing, contract management).
- Facilitate change management in the context of BSS modernization and digital transformation programs, identifying resistance points and enabling alignment across commercial, operations, and technology teams.
- Support the deployment of continuous improvement practices within telecom BSS domains to drive automation, reduce time-to-market, and improve enterprise customer experience.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and capability-building programs focused on BSS platforms, processes, and tools, enabling clients to fully adopt new operating models and digital capabilities.
- Ensure successful transformation outcomes by actively supporting stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and post-implementation support for telecom B2B and enterprise-focused BSS initiatives.
