The Role

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the CRM system to ensure Customer Success captures accurate data.
  2. Manage the Customer Success, Onboarding, and Support Platforms.
  3. Apply a data-driven approach to decision-making by analyzing data from CStools.
  4. Gather valuable insights from Customer Success tools.
  5. Integrate success, onboarding, and support tools to share information and data points.
  6. Train new team members on tools and processes, and monitor their adherence.
  7. Evaluate existing processes for improvements to enhance output.
  8. Analyze data to create reports for top management with insights and recommendations.
  9. Develop a Success Excellence system to track and improve Customer Success quality, efficiency, and performance.
  10. Manage the CS tool stack and its integrations with other data sources.
  11. Lead the development and maintenance of a customer health score for decision-making.
  12. Coordinate with other commercial teams on operational matters.
  13. Identify challenges and opportunities to improve team efficiency and scalability.
  14. Support operations and develop processes to enhance product adoption and client outcomes.

KPI’s

  1. Create playbooks for the team.
  2. Establish Customer Success initiatives.
  3. Assess risk management strategies.
  4. Forecast customer metrics.
  5. Identify upsell opportunities through process evaluation.
  6. Conduct customer churn analysis.
  7. Implement processes to monitor team KPIs and performance.
  8. Design incentive structures aligned with company and team goals.

You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Customer Success Managers, Support Executives, and the Implementation Team to ensure adherence to processes.

Ideal Profile

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment.
  2. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic is mandatory.
  3. Preferably hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
  4. Experience with analytics, data, databases, or business intelligence is preferred.
  5. Proactive with a strong work ethic, self-directed, and resourceful.
  6. Excellent communication skills, including effective speaking and writing.
  7. Experience with digital marketing products is an advantage.

Reporting Relationships

The position will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer for Building Automation Middle East Turkey Africa

The Senior Strategic Marketing Leader is responsible for leading, managing and directing all of the marketing related activities. He/she will work with the leadership team to identify, document and execute a growth strategy for the business. This growth strategy will be developed through extensive market & vertical analysis, expert use of Voice of the Customer discussions to discern customer segments, economics (willingness to pay and cost to serve), competitive dynamics, choosing target segments, development of all go-to-market approaches including channel, positioning, pricing and promotion. The successful candidate will coordinate with other functions including, offering management, sales excellence, customer marketing, and business leaders for each target segment, to develop and execute the business’ strategic plan. This person will also work with the business and functional leaders on all strategic and implementation programs related to the marketing function.

The successful candidate will work closely with the field sales organization, key distributors, internal executives, and key business partners to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future. He/She will oversee business/market intelligence development, syndicated data, sales analysis and corresponding presentations so as to identify and capitalize on the most advantageous business opportunities.

Specifically, he/she must:

Manage marketing activities:

  • Drive marketing excellence throughout the Honeywell Building Automation organization.

  • Define and manage the Marketing and Competitive Intelligence function.

  • Drive evaluation of business and product line strategic opportunities

  • Improve pricing excellence and impact.

  • Prioritize, with the Functional and other Business Leaders, new business opportunities.

  • Ensure functional strategies align with and support overall business strategy

  • Identify branding opportunities to further expand product line, penetration, as well as positioning advantages across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa region.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans focusing on growing sales and increasing profitability.

  • Investigate marketing opportunities with significant scale and synergy to drive growth and leverage current portfolio of products.

  • Develop and implement all marketing department standards, policies and procedures.

Develop and maintain a strategic plan for business growth including:

  • Lead the STRAP process (Honeywell’s annual strategy planning process)

  • Portfolio analysis and assessment to identify revenue and growth plans by market and products.

  • Evaluate organic growth strategies by product line particularly geographical expansion, local sourcing and local production.

  • Identify and develop adjacent product, market, and region opportunities such as “Source local and sell local” projects

  • Identify and evaluate inorganic growth strategies including acquisitions, alliances, licensing, and partnership opportunities linked to the strategic plan.

  • Conduct fact-based analysis of market trends; competitive data; technology advancements; and customer needs assessment and new product developments.

  • Create of a prioritized strategic technology development plan and analyze and report any issues related to Product approval and New Product Introduction activities

  • Support and coordinate Government specification approval processes

The successful candidate must possess proven strategic, analytical and implementation skills and possess a well developed strategic toolkit (e.g., market definition and sizing, segmentation, value management, VOC, finance/accounting, microeconomics, go-to-market skills). Implementation experience is particularly important. In addition to management consulting or equivalent strategic planning experience, it is critical that the successful candidate have 3-4 years of hands-on experience (e.g., plant, engineering, marketing, sales, strategy, etc. ), having been a leader in the military, worked in an applied role in a business, or other relevant hands-on experience where significant impact was achieved.

He/she is an excellent broad-based business thinker who can collaborate effectively with peers as well as executive functional and senior business line leaders.

There is also a requirement to be striving for continuous improvement, implementation of standards and drive cost reduction.

    What will you do?

    • Execute all Supply Chain Management (SCM) both Strategic Sourcing and Procurement activities in accordance with the SCM and company procedures
    • Identify and onboard new suppliers / subcontractors as per company procedures and SCM sourcing strategies
    • Coordinate with Tendering Department and Project execution team with regards to the Strategic Sourcing Activities.
    • Issue RFQs (Request for Quotations) using the Linxon Procurement platform (SAP Ariba)
    • Obtain / negotiate final prices, deliveries, commercial Terms and Conditions with Suppliers to ensure compliant technical and commercial bids are available.
    • Prepare price comparison tables along with a total cost overview (identifying and comparing foreign exchange rate influences, transportation costs, different payment terms, etc.)
    • Negotiate and prepare the Special Conditions of Purchase Orders and obtaining relevant approvals as per LOA (Levels Of Authority) protocols
    • Review of Order Acknowledgements from the Suppliers for compliance to the Terms of the Purchase Order
    • Managing the Purchase Orders for Main Equipment.
    • To follow Linxon code of conduct and ethics
    • Monitor compliance to health and safety as well as business ethics within operational work, contracts and negotiations
    • To strengthen Customer relationships through successful procurement solutions
    • To hold and participate in added value reviews, sourcing strategies and innovations

    Experience, Education And Other Skills Required

    • Degree in Engineering with 15+ years’ experience in lieu of qualification
    • Electrical Engineer with 15+ years’ experience in lieu of qualification
    • Knowledge of Transmission or Distribution (11kV to 400kV) procurement activities
    • Knowledge of various industry standards Client working

    **Experience**
    The successful candidate will have 5-7 years experience in a top-tier strategic management consulting firm or equivalent experience. He/she should have proven success leading strategic planning, growth initiatives, and/or operational enhancement engagements in diverse technology and/or manufacturing driven industries. The successful candidate must possess proven strategic, analytical and implementation skills and possess a well developed strategic toolkit (e.g., market definition and sizing, segmentation, value management, VOC, finance/accounting, microeconomics, go-to-market skills). Implementation experience is particularly important. In addition to management consulting or equivalent strategic planning experience, it is critical that the successful candidate have 3-4 years of hands-on experience (e.g., plant, engineering, marketing, sales, strategy, etc. ), having been a leader in the military, worked in an applied role in a business, or other relevant hands-on experience where significant impact was achieved.
    He/she is an excellent broad-based business thinker who can collaborate effectively with peers as well as executive functional and senior business line leaders.

    Role Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Strategic Buyer to create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure all ingredients, packaging, equipment and services are of the highest quality and delivered on time. We’re looking for someone focused on increasing productivity by introducing smart sourcing solutions and agile services to decrease manual work.

    The ideal candidate has great analytical skills, leadership skills, food equipment technical skills, food ingredients technical skills, Also has the ability to identify the most profitable offers, evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and prepare reports. They are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency by having outstanding service level with optimum cost and optimum inventory level.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Assume leadership for procurement and sourcing within designated categories, acting as the company's subject matter expert. Ensure all procurement processes are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
    • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to ensure they meet company standards for quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness before onboarding them.
    • Ensure optimal value and long-term partnerships by negotiating favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, and Service Level Agreements with suppliers.
    • Syncronise supply and demand through a strong planning mastery, ensuring MRP process fulfills both availability and inventory targets
    • Develop and maintain deep expertise in the assigned categories, continuously analyzing market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to drive data driven sourcing decisions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring open communication, problem resolution, and alignment with company objectives.
    • Geared with a cost optimization mindset you will be continuously seeking ways to streamline processes, reduce expenses, and maximize resources across the E2E process.
    • Collaborates with warehouse and inventory teams ensuring smooth operations, optimized losses, and minimum waste
    • Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and Operations to align procurement with product development, marketing strategies, and operational effectiveness.
    • Develop, lead and execute food and non-food sourcing strategies
    • Work closely with the Operations team, Automation team, and Maintenance teams to enable fast execution of assets/ equipment procurement decisions.
    • Maintain open communication and provide regular updates to all stakeholders (Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Kitchen teams). Ensuring clear requirements and services, fostering visibility across the organization.
    • Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
    • Ensuring that the main KPIs of SC (Availability and Inventory and Cost are on target)

    Ideal Candidate

    • Focuses on increasing productivity by introducing smart equipment to decrease manual work
    • Must have had a minimum of 3 years of previous proven experience in Food equipment & Food ingredients procurement or similar position
    • Knowledge of the Saudi inbound logistics cycle
    • Geared up with a big network of suppliers and service providers in the food industry.

    • Ability to gather and analyze data
