Role Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our team as a Manager or Senior Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex client engagements, manage and mentor a team of analysts, and be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the development of sophisticated financial models, conducting in-depth investment analysis, and preparing comprehensive investment memorandums. This is a hybrid position with periodic travel to Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee multiple consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
• Manage and develop a team of senior analysts and analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
• Serve as the lead advisor to clients, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Direct the creation and review of complex financial models, valuations, and feasibility studies.
• Spearhead market and competition analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Author and present compelling investment memorandums and strategic reports.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business development.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required (approximately one week every 6-8 weeks to KSA).

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in financial consulting, strategy, or a related role within a Big 4 firm, top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&), or a leading real estate company (e.g., JLL, CBRE, Savills).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (from institutions like LUMS or IBA are highly regarded), or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and investment analysis.
• Deep understanding of the real estate, infrastructure, healthcare, or education sectors.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are highly advantageous.
