We're looking for an experienced Storage Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. You'll play a key role in designing, managing, and supporting enterprise-grade storage platforms across hybrid environments. The role covers SAN, NAS, object storage, and disaster recovery, ensuring scalability, resilience, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and fine-tune SAN, NAS, and object storage infrastructures.
• Configure and support NFS shares, SMB shares, S3 buckets, and iSCSI volumes.
• Monitor storage performance, capacity, and availability to ensure system health.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery (DR) and replication solutions.
• Support both synchronous and asynchronous replication across diverse platforms.
• Ensure compliance with business continuity objectives (RPO/RTO).
• Provide day-to-day operational oversight, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Work closely with virtualization, networking, and server teams to guarantee seamless storage delivery.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for storage issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Integrate storage with virtualization platforms (e.g., Nutanix AHV, VMware) and backup tools.
• Support automation initiatives for provisioning, reporting, and monitoring.
• Conduct capacity forecasting and lifecycle management of storage platforms.
• Participate in storage refresh, migration, and consolidation projects.
• Ensure systems align with IT security standards, compliance, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in enterprise storage engineering within multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Solid experience with SAN, NAS, and object storage systems.
• Proficiency in NFS, SMB, iSCSI, S3, and SAN zoning.
• Strong understanding of disaster recovery and replication technologies.
• Familiarity with backup/restore and enterprise data protection.
• Scripting/automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible) is an advantage.

Preferred Certifications
