You will report to the Director of Portfolio Solutions for EMEA, who champions an open and supportive leadership style that encourages team members to take initiative and contribute their insights. This role requires travel across emerging markets, with a primary focus on the UAE, Saudi Arabia, where several projects are currently active.

Your Role

  • Be the key technical leader and influencer in shaping customer decisions to adopt Nutanix technologies.

  • Serving as a specialist and trusted advisor for both the end customers and field sales teams.

  • Present, demonstrate, and help execute proof of concepts for Nutanix technologies, and drive customer engagements from early conversations to decision-making evaluations.

  • Design and implement solutions based on Nutanix technologies.

  • Influence Nutanix's go-to-market strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers encountered.

What You Will Bring

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Software pre-sales and technical sales

  • Thorough understanding of the architecture, design, and implementations of multi-tiered client/server solutions

  • Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN)

  • Strong knowledge of SMB, NFS, S3 Protocols

  • Propose and expertly demonstrate the Nutanix-based solutions using presentations, existing customer or partner solutions, whiteboards, demos, and assisting with pilots, "proof-of-concepts", etc.

Parsons is now hiring a Mechanical-Infrastructure Engineer to carry out the mechanical engineering design and design review tasks for all types of projects from conceptual design stage all the way to the tender stage.

In this role, you will generate and review the mechanical engineering design deliverables such as reports, specifications, assessment studies for the existing and proposed systems.
- The applicant must be knowledgeable in operation and maintenance issues in order to take them into account during the design process.
- The applicant must have a good experience in design the mechanical works related to Water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plant, pumping, Storage facilities, piping, disinfection, systems, etc for code compliance, interdisciplinary integration and constructability aspects.
- Your role will include preparation of surge analyses using Bentley Hammer, Ky-pipe or Wanda.
- You will be doing design review, PEER review, shop drawings, and other design and construction related documents, project specifications, and participate in project cost estimates.
- You will be also attending technical workshops related to projects design works as well as meetings related to construction technical supports for running projects on site.
- Preferably you are required to have a very good knowledge in working in a BIM environment, using **Revit MEP **in modelling of mechanical works, understanding of BIM collaboration between different disciplines, working with common data environments ( **Projectwise or BIM 360 **), and the ability to use **Navisworks **for the coordination and clash detection purposes.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of related engineering oversight experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
- Proven experience in the field of design and design review of the mechanical systems for the different types of pumping, water and wastewater treatment plants’ facilities.
- English proficiency is mandatory to maintain the required quality in engineering communications with clients. subs, and teammates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the District Infrastructure Program made up of a number of work packages through the design, procurement, construction, and handover process.
  • Manage Design and Project Management consultants in a Program Management capacity.
  • Coordinate consultants across the entire program to ensure that the district infrastructure is delivered effectively.
  • Support the Procurement process and onboarding of Design/Construction teams.
  • Monitor and manage Risk to maintain the project schedule.
  • Manage change and ensure that budgets are carefully managed.
  • Produce progress reports and program/scope related presentations.
  • Bring best in class Project Controls Management.

HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:

  • In addition to your responsibility towards following ALPIN’s Integrated Management System, every employee at ALPIN is required to familiarize themselves with ALPIN’s Environmental Impact Assessment and contribute towards minimizing their individual environmental impact in the course of their work.
  • It is the duty of all employees to act within the legal responsibilities imposed upon them and the Company’s Quality, Environment and Health & Safety policies. All employees must familiarize themselves with the Company’s Integrated Management System’s policies and procedures.

Skills:

  • Min 15 years’ experience in Design and Managing Design Development of Infrastructure/Roads/Utilities Projects.
  • 5 years’ experience in PgMC/PMC managerial experience on similar infrastructure projects.
  • Must hold a B.Sc. or equivalent from a recognized University or College (M.Sc. is preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the MEA/GCC Region Infrastructure Planning and Design experience / Pre and Post Contract.
  • Expertise in preparing and delivering professional presentations, attention to detail.
  • Expertise in writing professional reports, attention to detail.
  • Taking Ownership, Proactive, Dynamic, Committed & Good listener.
  • Excellent communication skills, emotionally intelligent, and eager to build good relationships with the wider team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to communicate verbally in Arabic.
  • Master’s in engineering management or PMP.
  • Knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.

The Role
Senior Electrical Infrastructure Design SME (Subject Matter Expert) - Saudi Arabia SAR 60k + Accommodation & Car You will be responsible for all design and technical queries on Electrical systems for medium (13.8 to34.5 kV) to high voltage (115 to 380kV), substations, fiber-optics and switchgear associated with large scale industrial, commercial and residential infrastructure projects. You will lead the implementation of design for major industrial WWTPs and be capable of supervising the checking of electrical calculations when required. This is a long term 2 year contract that is renewable and will form part of the technical support section within the Engineering Department of this major project. You will have in excess of 15 years' experience mostly on Electrical works for civil/infrastructure.
