This position exists to assure store safety, security, and cleanliness, issuing and receiving materials as per company procedures, preparing shipments, arranging goods/materials in the store, and managing all store-related entries efficiently, timely, and according to quality standards to achieve departmental operational goals.

Material Receiving and Inspection:

• Check and identify received materials from vendors against POs or internal transfers, verifying quantity, UOM, and condition.
• Coordinate with QC for material inspection.
• Follow up with QC, Procurement, and Accounts regarding received materials and arrange inspections.
• Segregate rejected or damaged materials in the blocked area with NCR reports.

Inventory Management and Documentation:

• Create Goods Receipt (GR) and post received materials in the system following company procedures.
• Conduct cycle counts for all inventory.
• Maintain 5S standards within the store.

Material Issuance and Shipping:

• Create Goods Issue (GI) and post PGI with physical delivery/shipping.
• Issue materials to production against STO or reservations as per procedures.
• Follow FIFO or FEFO for issuing materials.
• Prepare gate passes for trailers.

Equipment Maintenance and Asset Management:

• Ensure assets are maintained and in good condition.
• Perform daily checks on machines and equipment.
• Report issues that could impact work or assets to supervisors.

Customer Service and Support:

• Provide prompt and efficient service to internal and external customers.

• Collaborate with teams to achieve work effectively.
• Maintain effective communication with peers and managers, being open to feedback and directions.

Delivery:

• Execute activities to meet operational and developmental targets according to schedules.
• Utilize resources efficiently to meet objectives within cost and time constraints.

Problem-Solving:

• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate complex problems.
