Jasara is seeking a proactive and experienced Manager of Stakeholder Management to join our team on a high-profile confidential project.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing stakeholder engagement strategies that foster strong relationships with all key stakeholders involved in our projects. Your primary focus will be to ensure that stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns are effectively addressed throughout the project lifecycle, ultimately supporting Jasara's mission to deliver exceptional project management and service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans that align with project goals.
- Identify and prioritize key stakeholders, and assess their needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, community members, and other relevant parties.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and consultations with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and feedback.
- Monitor and analyze stakeholder satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate stakeholder feedback into project plans and deliverables.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in stakeholder management or community engagement within the engineering, construction or real estate development sectors.
- Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement best practices and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced level communication in Arabic & English required.

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
We will be supporting our regional and international clients on various projects and programmes; from residential and commercial buildings to infrastructure development and transactional advisory services.
You’ll be responsible for:
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with project goals.
Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies, local authorities, and community groups.
Develop and implement permitting strategies aligned with RIBA stage gates.
Prepare and manage permitting schedules and trackers with interface milestones across planning, design, and construction.
Lead coordination efforts for permitting processes and ensure timely approvals.
Oversee land allocation activities, ensuring alignment with master planning and regulatory frameworks.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and briefings to resolve concerns and maintain alignment.
Monitor stakeholder feedback and integrate insights into project planning and execution.
Support regulatory coordination and interface with permitting authorities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and clients.
You’ll need to have:
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in stakeholder management within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
Proven experience in permitting and land allocation processes, preferably in the Middle East.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with government protocols, regulatory environments, and cultural sensitivities.
KSA experience is preferred.
