The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

We will be supporting our regional and international clients on various projects and programmes; from residential and commercial buildings to infrastructure development and transactional advisory services.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with project goals.
  • Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies, local authorities, and community groups.
  • Develop and implement permitting strategies aligned with RIBA stage gates.
  • Prepare and manage permitting schedules and trackers with interface milestones across planning, design, and construction.
  • Lead coordination efforts for permitting processes and ensure timely approvals.
  • Oversee land allocation activities, ensuring alignment with master planning and regulatory frameworks.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and briefings to resolve concerns and maintain alignment.
  • Monitor stakeholder feedback and integrate insights into project planning and execution.
  • Support regulatory coordination and interface with permitting authorities.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and clients.

You'll Need To Have

  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in stakeholder management within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Proven experience in permitting and land allocation processes, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with government protocols, regulatory environments, and cultural sensitivities.
  • KSA experience is preferred.
