- The Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to conduct a variety of tests to ensure the integrity of embankments construction projects. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to upholding quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians to conduct geotechnical tests, including soil compaction tests, plate load tests, and other field tests as required.
- Ensure that all testing procedures are conducted accurately, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and take proactive measures to address them.
- Maintain testing equipment and ensure that it is calibrated and in good working condition.
