• Ability to design and deliver client solutions through need-based selling. This is an extremely important requirement as the incumbent would need to customize and curate solutions to meet client expectations.


• Proven track record and ability to achieve sales targets by engaging across management levels in the prospective client organization (product manager to BH/CXO level).


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Lead the system-wide information security compliance program, ensuring IT activities, the banks projects processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective and reasonable policies and practices to secure protected and sensitive data and ensure information security and compliance with relevant legislation and legal interpretation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably within a Big 4 or reputable consulting firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian tax laws, OECD guidelines, and ZATCA regulations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and client service skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with multinational clients and complex group structures is preferred.

Job Purpose Statement:

The Senior Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance-related programs. Roles & Responsibility

  1. Develop and manage compensation structures, salary bands, and pay-for-performance models.
  2. Lead the annual salary and compensation review process, including market benchmarking and job evaluation.
  3. Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and external regulations.
  4. Provide expert guidance on complex compensation matters, such as executive compensation and expatriate packages.
  5. Oversee the design, administration, and review of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives).
  6. Continuously analyze employee needs and market trends to recommend enhancements to benefits offerings.
  7. Align performance management outcomes with compensation and rewards programs.
  8. Design and manage recognition programs that reinforce company culture and values.
  9. Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to ensure fair and consistent application of reward policies.
  10. Develop and update compensation and benefits policies in alignment with industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements for The Job:

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Years and Nature of Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in compensation, benefits, or total rewards at a managerial level.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Professional certifications such as CCP, GRP, or SHRM are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking processes.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and technologies (e.g., Oracle, SAP).

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the section's operational plans in alignment with the Department's operations plan and cascaded targets and identify the budget, annual manpower needs, and projects that are required to achieve these plans
  • Develop suitable policies and procedures for the section and periodically monitor their application and effectiveness
  • Oversee, supervise, and enable direct subordinates to ensure they are able to perform their assigned responsibilities
  • Oversee activities related to recruitment, training and development, performance management, succession planning, and promotions of employees within the section

  • Oversee operational plans for events covering organizational, logistical, and technical aspects in accordance with quality standards and the operational efficiency requirements of the area.
  • Coordinate with all relevant entities and partners, including regulatory authorities, security agencies, and sponsors, to ensure smooth and safe event execution.
  • Manage the daily operations of on-site event execution by overseeing operational processes, monitoring performance, and ensuring site readiness and a seamless visitor experience throughout the event.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and providers of technical and logistical services, ensuring compliance with contracts and approved standards while achieving maximum efficiency in execution.
  • Oversee field control systems during events to monitor and improve workflow and make immediate decisions that ensure a safe and exceptional visitor experience.

  • Prepare periodic reports for the General Supervisor on performance and achievements compared to the operational plan and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Total experience of at least 8 years, including a minimum of two years in a managerial position.
  • Extensive experience in a similar scope of work, its tasks, and the sector it falls within.
