Job Purpose: Oversee the control processes on maintenance activities for all maintenance disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument). Controls include, but are not limited to: MAM OPEX spending, MOCs executed by MAM department, overseeing RCA, MTA and BA actions, and overseeing the training of MAM department. Lead and motivate the team and act as a champion for all maintenance activities and procedures, particularly in human resources and HSE topics.

• Develop staff EPPs aligned with company objectives; manage and motivate the team, ensuring discipline and training compliance.
• Oversee training plans for MAM, including planning, registration, execution, and evaluation; support technician development schemes.
• Support activities of OJT for staff, including TNA and module development, to maintain technical competence.
