What you will doAs a Senior/Sourcing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost efficiency and strategic sourcing initiatives. Your analytical skills and industry expertise will be crucial in optimizing procurement strategies, enhancing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Solicit bids, lead auctions, negotiate with suppliers, and make recommendations. Qualify and contract with new vendors to ensure optimal procurement solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional sub-category teams to develop deep category knowledge. Drive adherence to preferred supplier agreements and improve non-compliance issues.
- Trend Analysis & Benchmarking: Monitor industry trends and best practices. Conduct industry benchmarking and market intelligence reports to ensure strategic alignment with the latest market developments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and maintain excellent public relations with outside suppliers to support organizational goals.
- Performance Management: Draft and evaluate scorecards. Conduct complex supplier performance validation events and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Risk Assessment: Perform detailed supplier profiling and financial risk assessments to mitigate potential risks and ensure supplier reliability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in Sourcing and Procurement. Specific experience in indirect categories such as MRO, Capex, Construction, Logistics, IT & Professional Services, and Marketing is a plus.
- Skills:
- Advanced analytical, reporting, and presentation skills, including the ability to create baselines, perform market analyses, and summarize key points effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage various procurement projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to lead and manage meetings and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Demonstrated success in team management and leadership.

Objective:
The Sourcing Specialist’s primary responsibility is to support the centralization of category operations and requirements, ensuring efficient procurement and sourcing operations. The role holder will work closely with the Senior Category Manager and team members to execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and optimize procurement processes.
General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to identify the need for preparing RFPs (Request for Proposal) as per category requirements. Assist in the development of RFPs, ensuring they align with procurement objectives and category strategies.
- Work with the Senior Category Manager and Technology function to automate procurement processes wherever feasible, with the goal of achieving economies of scale and operational efficiency.
- Assist in executing category strategies aimed at achieving supplier performance improvements and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with category teams to implement cross-category initiatives and projects designed to streamline procurement operations.
- Support the Senior Category Manager in overseeing sourcing specialists and tactical buyers to ensure the efficient execution of procurement processes, competitive sourcing practices, and timely purchase order placement.
- Collaborate with commodity technical experts to execute supplier assessments based on technical specifications and quality requirements, providing valuable input to supplier evaluation processes.
- Assist spend management specialists in conducting spend analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and participating in the implementation of spend optimization initiatives.
- Contribute to contract lifecycle management processes, including contract creation, negotiation, and compliance management, while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement all relevant Department’s policies, processes, procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required university is preferred.
- 4-6 year's of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
Sr Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Establish and drive sourcing strategies in alignment with business leadership for all LOB of Building Automation as per AOP and strategic plan. To drive the strategies in the region to mitigate the supply chain risk and promote the local supply chain model.
You will have BA META level sourcing responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest total cost for your business under BTS or mfg. model, reduced Working capital via negotiation planning and execution, sourcing from high growth regions, value engineering and sole/ single source elimination. You will manage supplier performance to support your commodity/category and/or region and ensure supply continuity. You will be managing several projects in dynamic environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies as per local laws and procedures, export /import regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and execute annual and strategic plan with supporting strategies. Clear cut sourcing actions as per business STRAP.
- New vendor development/evaluation for various BTS products like Security camera, PAVA, Valves, Circuit protection, Fire suppression system etc.
- To explore and develop new supplier in the region/globally for various commodities like plastics, metals, electronics ( PCBA ), electrical and packaging etc.
- Strong in project management specially localization and new Buy to sell product introduction.
- Working closely in a diverse culture with CFT ( ISC, engineering, finance, sales, marketing ) to execute various strategic initiatives in the region.
- To explore the supplier globally based on the BCC (best cost country) and establish the supply chain to meet the regional requirement
- Localization of various parts/products to meet the cost, Quality, WC and overall Lead time requirement.
- Formulate the sourcing strategies as per local law which are more productive for the business and deploy the same to grow the top/bottom line in the region.

- Develop supplier strategies to mitigate the potential supply chain risk like, dual sourcing, consolidation, and plan for every supplier ( growth/maintain/exit )
- Drive actions along with other regional teams to improve OTFP, WC through VMI and AWPOT improvement with 3 rd party vendors.
- To ensure and deploy defined sourcing compliance guidelines to meet all the key metrics ( OTFP, Gross and net savings, dual sourcing, VMI, PPM and AWPOT )
- Work closely with global GBE leaders to drive the key metrics weekly and on monthly basis to achieve and overdrive the AOP numbers.
- Vendor strategic contact to mitigate the potential business risk.
- Work with global team to discuss and freeze AOP for next year for various sourcing metrics.
- Publication of dashboard for all sourcing metrics on monthly basis with clear cut actions and RCCA for any AOP miss.
- Working closely with regional finance to align monthly productivity numbers before publishing it.
- Develop a strong productivity funnel along with team to have strong YOY savings.
- Tracking of all key productivity projects health status and identifying the risk and improvement actions proactively to have higher say/do ratio.

Candidate should be B.Tech with min. experience of 8~10 years in strategic sourcing space. Post-graduation ( MBA/M.Tech ) would be added advantage .

You will have BA META level sourcing responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest total cost for your business under BTS or mfg. model, reduced Working capital via negotiation planning and execution, sourcing from high growth regions, value engineering and sole/ single source elimination. You will manage supplier performance to support your commodity/category and/or region and ensure supply continuity. You will be managing several projects in dynamic environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies as per local laws and procedures, export /import regulations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Drive and execute annual and strategic plan with supporting strategies. Clear cut sourcing actions as per business STRAP.
+ New vendor development/evaluation for various BTS products like Security camera, PAVA, Valves, Circuit protection, Fire suppression system etc.
+ To explore and develop new supplier in the region/globally for various commodities like plastics, metals, electronics ( PCBA ), electrical and packaging etc.
+ Strong in project management specially localization and new Buy to sell product introduction.
+ Working closely in a diverse culture with CFT ( ISC, engineering, finance, sales, marketing ) to execute various strategic initiatives in the region.
