, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their transformation journey. You'll lead technical engagements, design and demonstrate solutions that deliver business value, and collaborate across sales, partner, and customer success teams to drive impactful outcomes.
As an AI Business Solution Engineer, you'll be a trusted technical advisor to business and IT leaders. You'll help them explore how Microsoft technologies—such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Field Service, and Copilot Studio—can improve efficiency, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
You'll lead the technical side of engagements, from initial conversations and demos to workshops and proof-of-concepts. Your goal is to help customers understand what's possible, remove roadblocks, and guide them toward successful adoption of modern, AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales and service opportunities.
- Deliver tailored demos and solution presentations that address real business challenges.

Qualifications
- Proven impact in technical sales or solution engineering, with a track record of driving customer success through innovative solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Service, paired with hands-on familiarity with Copilot Studio to deliver intelligent, AI-powered experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers across both business and IT landscapes.
- Confident facilitator of demos, workshops, and technical conversations, capable of translating complex concepts into clear value.
- Collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional environments and working seamlessly with partners to achieve shared goals.
Educational foundation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field:
Master's Degree + solid experience in technical pre-sales or consulting, OR
- Bachelor's Degree + extensive experience in technical pre-sales or consulting, OR
- Equivalent practical experience that demonstrates strong technical and customer-facing capabilities.

Working closely with the Zoom CAMs, and Pre-sales team to update and share the partner technical enablement strategy
Working with partners’ technical teams in opportunities and projects; complement their skill and help assure high quality customer deliverable
Participating in key partner technical escalation and provide appropriate assistance to expedite resolution for both Partners and customers
What we’re looking for
Have experience in a customer / partner focused sales engineering role
Have experience in the unified communications industry
Have excellent technical skills and communication skills, able to share knowledge with all levels of customers
Be experienced in Voice, Video, Contact Center, VOIP network architecture and technology such as SIP and others
Have experience in training on technical solutions Have experience with one or more UCaaS vendors, such as Microsoft, Cisco, Ringcentral
Be fluent in Arabic
Have the ability to communicate and empathize with all levels of customers - executives, end-users, developers
