Qualifications: ️ 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Engineer or similar role.

️ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web technologies for ServiceNow development.

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic CSE Engineer to be responsible for providing technical expertise to identify the most suitable KONE product for customer requirements. This role involves interpreting customer specifications and aligning them with KONE’s solutions, including escalators, auto walks, machine-room-less elevators, high-rise systems, and third-party equipment. The engineer also plays a key role in developing non-standard solutions and supporting the tendering process, ensuring that all technical requirements are met with KONE’s product offerings.

What will you do?

Communication with Customer or project team:

  • Responsible for attending regular customer meeting, Project follow up meetings and site coordination meetings.
  • He/She together with Project manager will be point of contact between customer and KONE for all technical points.

Collaboration with sales:

  • Responsible for finding the optimal KONE product to meet the customer’s needs for non-standard and Major projects case.
  • Selects the correct product platform on which to make the offer.

Collaboration with Supply Line:

  • Responsible for placing the order to factory includes the correct documentation and procedure
  • Follow up the manufacturing and coordinate the material delivery dates to operation.

General responsibilities:

  • Participates in product and new service release information-sharing sessions
  • Provides technical trainings to Sales, Installation and Maintenance as per Front Line needs
  • Offers input to the product offering management about customization, standardization and interface requirements for the portfolio.

Are you the one?

  • Hold Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in elevator business or another relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Understanding of different building types and customer segments
  • Good knowledge of environmental and sustainability requirements and norms
  • Good CAD and optional BIM skills
  • Basic knowledge of competitors’ products
  • Good understanding a product’s total costing is built up &local norms and regulations.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Solution Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and security surveillance systems. Must be familiar with industry-standard technologies and comply with local regulations (MOI/SIRA standards).

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement CCTV systems (IP and analog) based on site surveys and client requirements.
Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and video management systems (VMS).
Provide support for structured cabling, power systems, and networking for surveillance solutions.
Ensure compliance with MOI/SIRA standards for security installations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in installed systems.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and third-party vendors during deployment.
Maintain documentation for designs, configurations, and maintenance logs.
Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) projects and corrective maintenance tasks.
Stay updated with the latest security surveillance technologies and products.

Driving license (preferred).

  • Through a consultative approach, partner with sales teams to interpret often complex customer needs and develop innovative solutions delivering both business and technical value.
  • Simplify the communication of both technical and business content to a varied audience (technical and non-technical customers).
  • For a maximum impact on sales engagements, actively partner with the customer to document their current state, including applicable metrics to assist in defining the correct solution and support in business case creation and build deliverables for use by Sales and other Solution Engineers during the sales cycle.
  • Culminating from what is uncovered of the customers business and their goals, deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
  • Challenge oneself and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:

  • 7+ years experience in a presales capacity, or relatable technical role
  • Proven ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible
  • Subject matter expertise on the technology and business use of one or more Workload Automation/Orchestration solutions
  • Demonstrated artistry with creating and delivering compelling demonstrations
  • Language Requirement: Arabic fluency & English working proficiency

We are looking for a Solution Engineer who is accustomed to solving customer’s most complex problems and closing large deals. In this role you will work directly with the accounts sales team and channel partners to understand the needs of our customers, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business.

You are equally comfortable in both a business and technical context, interacting with executives and talking shop with technical audiences.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:

  • Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers
  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation
