Objective:
Support to develop and administer solution design plans and processes to design and execute solutions in line with overall business strategy, product development, industry and market needs, Company guidelines and policies
General Responsibilities:
- Execute solutions design plans and processes to deliver better and improved solutions for bids, operational requests, renewals, etc.
- Analyse bid requirements and our value proposition to enable solution designing.
- Design and support implementation of innovative and technology driven solutions.
- Gather and collate information on customer requirements, local expectations, sales success, and performance of solutions.
- Prepare documents and analysis as required for submission of solutions.
- Post design, provide clarifications to enable transition into customer implementation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification (preference Industrial Engineering, mechanical engineering, Instrumentation and Controls) is required.
- Master's degree Industrial Engineering, mechanical engineering, Instrumentation and Controls or a related field from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
- Navigate warehouse design tools, Simulation and CLASS 2D design software.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- 7 years' experience in similar or related field.
