We are looking for a passionate and driven Solution Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify multiple solutions to the same problem, contribute to decision-making processes, and help customers successfully adopt Seclore's products and solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a super-agile environment where innovation is nurtured, and the focus is on solving complex business problems with simple, intuitive solutions.
Here's what you will get to explore:
- Engage with our existing and prospective customers and help them to adopt Seclore's products and solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Ensure consistent growth in the product awareness, adoption, and usage by Seclore's customers.
- Show case product and solution concepts via presentations, demos, user evangelization and effective documentation.
- Lead discovery sessions with IT and business users to understand the client's business objectives and system/application needs.
- With excellent understanding of Seclore's product features and related technologies, design the solution that best meets the client's requirements.
- Proactively create documentary artifacts like business cases, usage scenarios, solution blue- prints, FAQs, meeting notes etc.
- Lead or work with other customer success teams to ensure successful completion of project milestones for production Go-live, UAT sign-off and the initial rollout phase of the project.
- Communicate progress and expectations, escalates problems for awareness and resolution.
- Lead client training sessions
- Support clients through go-live process and play key role in promoting solution adoption and usage.
- Provide regular and adequate end user feedback to the product team.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $131,925 - $217,725, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. The Senior Solution Consultant – Operate Solutions plays a pivotal role within the EMIA Pre-Sales team, reporting directly to the Director of Pre-Sales. This role focuses on driving technical excellence and strategic value across Hexagon’s Operate Solutions portfolio, which includes PAS Plant State Integrity, PAS Automation Integrity, J5 Operations Management Solutions, and AKMS.
This position requires a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise and strong business acumen in industrial asset operations. The primary responsibility is to serve as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales engagements—developing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), delivering tailored solution demonstrations, and explaining how Hexagon's solutions improve operational performance, safety, and asset integrity.
The Senior Solution Consultant will collaborate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that are technically sound and add value by addressing complex operational challenges. A hands-on approach and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable, outcome-oriented proposals are essential.
Beyond pre-sales, this role will lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, including designing and delivering targeted training for internal sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams—helping them effectively communicate the value of Operate Solutions.

Education / QualificationsMinimum:
- Implementation experience with one or more Hexagon Operate Solutions (PAS Plant State Integrity, PAS Automation Integrity, J5, AKMS), with working knowledge of HxGN SDx being a plus.
- Proven skills in solution design, estimations, requirements gathering, and delivering technical demonstrations in complex industrial environments.
- Ability to engage confidently with enterprise IT teams, including system architecture planning, integration, and deployment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Willingness to travel regionally; fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Preferred:
- Certifications relevant to the Operate phase, such as TÜV Functional Safety or ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity (OT security standards).
- Knowledge of DCS, SIS, PLCs, and hands-on experience with OT environments like SCADA and control systems.

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 EAM Principal Consultant to support the implementation and optimisation of SAP Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) solutions within a Defence manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4 modules, including Plant Maintenance (PM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and integration with other SAP modules. This role requires strong technical proficiency, industry knowledge, and the ability to align SAP S/4 functionalities with the unique requirements of Defence manufacturing operations.
- Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead workshops with client business and technical teams to capture MRO requirements for defense manufacturing operations.
- Design SAP S/4 MRO solutions covering planning, work order management, maintenance execution, materials management, quality, and cost tracking.
- Ensure proper Integration of MRO processes with SAP PP, MM, QM, EWM, PS, PLM, and Finance/Controlling resulting in end to end integrated process design.
