You will be leading the 5G/4G data and voice core business development and pre-sales activities for Nokia in Saudi Arabia, as part of the Nokia CNS Core presales team and functionally reporting to Head of Cloud & Network services Saudi market unit. Your mission will be to establish Nokia as a trusted partner for core solutions for Saudi CSPs.

- Provide in-depth technical leadership and expertise, develop E2E (cross-domain) solutions architecture & support complex deals.
- A trusted advisor to the sales team and the customer in order to drive solution strategies for break-in opportunities and to lead solution definition to meet customer’s needs and win new business.
- Lead the customer engagement on all technical & techno-commercial topics
- Find ways to make our customers successful by using Nokia core portfolio
- Establish a strong network with customer stakeholders at CTO, CXO-1, CXO-2 levels
- Leverage expertise of wider Nokia team globally to articulate Nokia USPs for our customers.
- Be responsible for customer offers, lead the engagement and bid teams
- Be accountable for funnel development, funnel velocity and conversion.
- Provide leadership to garner support for your customer and your deliverables from other organizational units like account management, market services, commercial management, product management etc
- Pride yourself in establishing & maintaining a significant footprint for Nokia core in Saudi market
- Behave in the most ethical and inclusive way possible, imbibing and exemplifying Nokia values

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- A strong background in pre-sales / sales roles selling 5G Core, 4G Core, registers, VoLTE/VoNR, NFVI/MANO & CaaS/PaaS solutions to tier 1 CSPs in Middle East and developed markets
- A graduate degree and 10+ years of work experience that prepares you for the role demanded.
- Demonstrated techno-commercial acumen, ability to articulate business value of complex technological solutions and transformation projects
- Ability to lead a cross-functional engagement team
- Ability to lead a large bid team across time zones and familiarity with complex project services costing
- A winning attitude, a can-do spirit
- An ability to network and an ability to marry depth & width of knowledge with simplicity of communication.
- It would be nice if you also had:

- Working knowledge of Arabic, familiarity with local culture and previous experience of working with Saudi CSPs
- Some hands-on experience of handling complex systems integrations, network modernization, transformation projects, managed services & network optimisation projects.
- Some Hands-on customer negotiations experience.

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant .

The Senior Solution Consultant – Operate Solutions plays a pivotal role within the EMIA Pre-Sales team, reporting directly to the Director of Pre-Sales. This role focuses on driving technical excellence and strategic value across Hexagon’s Operate Solutions portfolio, which includes PAS Plant State Integrity, PAS Automation Integrity, J5 Operations Management Solutions, and AKMS.

This position requires a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise and strong business acumen in industrial asset operations. The primary responsibility is to serve as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales engagements—developing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), delivering tailored solution demonstrations, and explaining how Hexagon's solutions improve operational performance, safety, and asset integrity.

The Senior Solution Consultant will collaborate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that are technically sound and add value by addressing complex operational challenges. A hands-on approach and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable, outcome-oriented proposals are essential.

Beyond pre-sales, this role will lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, including designing and delivering targeted training for internal sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams—helping them effectively communicate the value of Operate Solutions.

Education / Qualifications

Minimum:

• Implementation experience with one or more Hexagon Operate Solutions (PAS Plant State Integrity, PAS Automation Integrity, J5, AKMS), with working knowledge of HxGN SDx being a plus.
• Proven skills in solution design, estimations, requirements gathering, and delivering technical demonstrations in complex industrial environments.
• Ability to engage confidently with enterprise IT teams, including system architecture planning, integration, and deployment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel regionally; fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).

Preferred:

• Certifications relevant to the Operate phase, such as TÜV Functional Safety or ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity (OT security standards).
• Knowledge of DCS, SIS, PLCs, and hands-on experience with OT environments like SCADA and control systems.
• Deep understanding of Operations & Maintenance processes (e.g., alarm management, rounds, shift logs, incident management).
• Experience in solution leadership and consultancy, including proposal support, Go-To-Market activities, and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with brownfield operational environments, industrial software delivery, and digital solutions for asset performance and safety.

Educational and Technical requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of ISA 18.2 / IEC 62682 (Alarm Management) and ISA/IEC 62443 (Cybersecurity for OT).
• Knowledge of communication protocols: OPC AE/DA, HART, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus, DNP3.
• Familiarity with DCS platforms (e.g., Yokogawa Centum VP) and tools like MS SQL, Python, Power BI, MS Office.
• Awareness of cloud and enterprise IT environments (Azure, AWS) and integration technologies used in industrial digital transformation.

Overview

A Technical Consultant will work directly with customers to define and implement advanced ArcGIS enterprise systems through Professional Services engagement activities. A Technical Consultant will work closely with Esri customers, distributors, and partners to establish solutions to make customers successful, broaden the effect of Esri technology to their business and help shape the evolution of Esri products by identifying new implementation patterns. The Role:

Technical Consultant

Exp: 3-8 Years

Location: Riyadh

Education: Required: bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science

This position is for individuals who possess the ability to identify multiple solutions to the same problem and can help in decision making while working in a super-agile environment. Seclore is a place where innovation is nurtured. We continuously push the boundaries of innovation and find new ways to add value to customers and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Understand and document the customer infrastructure
2. Create the architecture diagram of the setup of Seclore in customer infrastructure
3. Handle multiple technical deployments at the same time with varying degrees of complexities
4. Achieve an understanding of Seclore products and gain expertise
5. Responsible for technical implementation and upgrade of Seclore product
6. Handle technical conversations with the client’s IT team
7. Understand and learn the new concepts that customers will introduce
8. Understand the processes at the customer end as far as technical implementation is concerned
9. Perform testing of new features before upgrading in the production environment
10. Work with the support and engineering team with assorted expertise
11. Multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
12. Train users in IT systems

Skills and Competencies:

1. Ability to understand and interpret the complex architecture of the client’s environment and create design and architecture documents for implementation of Seclore product
2. Strong knowledge of web server and application servers (e.g., Apache, Tomcat, IIS, WebLogic) with detailed knowledge about the configuration parameters
3. Good understanding and working knowledge of SSL, Exchange, DNS, basic firewall concepts, DMZ, proxy, reverse proxy
4. Proactive thinking with a “can do” attitude
5. A team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

1. Knowledge in OS (Server OS, Windows 8, 8.1 and 10, Linux)
2. Industry certifications like MCSE, MCP, RHEL Certifications
3. Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocols
4. Good understanding and working knowledge of Databases like Oracle/MSSQL, LDAP
