• Acts as a technical consultant to our customers assessing customers’ met and unmet needs, recommending optimum solutions, and ensuring appropriate support for the proposed solution.

• Leads prospective and existing customers in their digital transformation journey to minimize complexity and address any potential technical roadblocks.
• Recommends enterprise architectures and platforms to successfully implement a complete solution using Sumerge tools and technologies
• Liaises with the product management and engineering teams to stay updated with industry trends and develop enhancements to Sumerge solutions.
• Works with the Sales team to pursue additional business development opportunities within customer firms.
• Responds to requests for information, quotations, and proposals together with the Account Manager and provide training to customers when needed.

Overview:

A solutions architect creates the overall technical design for a specific solution to a business problem.

Acting as a liaison between the Business Analysis team and the Development teams, the Solution Architect is

expected to work with both sides, defining requirements & scope with the Business Analysis teams,

and defining and documenting technical designs that can be used by the Developers to understand and implement the needed changes.

Responsibilities:

- work with the Business Analysts to define, review, and finalize requirements

- ensure the scope of a solution meets the organization’s requirements

- translate business requirements into technical design specifications

- create Technical Design documents, describing the required changes from technical/implementation perspective

- explain and clarify the required changes to the Developers (both Business and Technical) and ensure proper understanding

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Knowledge in Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and APEX

- Knowledge in Pega Platform, Java, or .Net Platform is a plus
