We are looking for a Saudi national associate with 0-2 years PQE to join one of our clients in their Riyadh Office.
Their team is structured into the following practice areas: Disputes, Employment, Corporate and Commercial. The successful candidate will work predominantly within Corporate and Employment, although it may be necessary to complete worth within the other areas occasionally.
Their Associates are responsible for a caseload of litigation and arbitration cases with a broad spectrum of work in value and complexity. They provide advice and assessments on specific legal issues, offering commercially sound and pragmatic solutions and are involved at every stage of the process. With appropriate supervision, they are responsible for directions, hearings, trial and settlement discussions, mediations, and other forms. The associates will also be responsible for maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement.
We are keen to hear from qualified solicitors and associates with experience in the Court and Arbitration process and an understanding of the enforcement procedures and commercial claims. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive when working closely within a team and to forge excellent relationships with other parties, such as experts and other stakeholders, are key. Arabic and English drafting and communication skills are also essential to success in the role.
