Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer Solar energy, located in Riyadh. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing solar energy projects including power distribution and electrical systems. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, preparing electrical designs, ensuring compliance with electrical standards, testing and troubleshooting electrical issues, and collaborating with project teams to achieve project goals.

Role Purpose

The Project Engineer will be responsible for independently managing assigned Electrical,
Solar, Power, and Energy Services & Solutions projects
from initiation to successful completion. This role ensures that projects are executed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution:

• Lead project execution, from pre-launch through contract review and order acknowledgment.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Job Summary:

Contribute to initiate, plan, and execute projects that enable renewable energy technologies and applications for deployment and commercialization in the Kingdom either by advancement through higher levels of TRL or by testing, modification, or adaptation of standards for mature technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Review the plans and programs that have been put for the development of renewable energy programs and technologies in order to make recommendations in a way that contributes to meeting the needs of Saudi Arabia in these sectors.
• Review the main developments in the renewable energy field to assess the technologies developed in this area, suggest scientific methods and implement the most suitable ones.
