What You'll Work On
- The Application Specialist is responsible for delivery of customer operator training and coaching in Abbott training facilities and onsite and providing on-site assay implementation, application support, and application troubleshooting on Abbott Systems.
- Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
- Deliver customer operator training in Abbott facilities or on-site.
- Perform new instrument and assay implementations through Test of Record (TOR).
- Perform on-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training and coaching.
- Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), service key performance indicators achievement and resolution rates.
- Travel extensively within the service area.
Required Qualifications

The role is for an experienced Senior Technical Manager - Attractions (Interface) for a new theme park project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of theme park rides and attractions. They will serve as the primary interface between the client, consultants, and ride vendors to ensure the successful delivery of world-class attractions.

Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Brand Technical Specialist you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Client Strategy Development: Create strategic plans for clients, focusing on infrastructure, applications, and automation solutions.
- IBM Automation Solution Design: Define practical IBM Automation solutions that enhance existing technology stacks.
- Proof of Concept Delivery: Provide proof of concepts and simplifying technical concepts to ensure client comprehension.
- Building Credibility and Trust: Establish credibility and trust with clients, which is essential for closing complex technology deals.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
