• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and meet with them to clarify project requirements.
• Oversee multi-function project teams with 10-15 members including Developers, UX/UI designers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel.
• Analyze current Agile processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
• Manage projects using JIRA and Confluence; provide software training to team members as needed.
• Ensure software quality standards are met and requirements are delivered within budget and on time.

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
