This position will contribute to ongoing digital transformation efforts while supporting preparations for Al-Qadsiah’s historic move to the new Aramco stadium. The role will ensure our digital platforms, campaigns, and data activation are optimized to capitalise on the stadium launch, develop digital campaigns, support revenue initiatives, and embed a data-driven approach across the Commercial department.
Responsibilities- Digital Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Develop and support digital-first commercial strategies that drive revenue across ticketing, merchandise, hospitality and memberships.
- Support the build and optimization of campaigns linked to stadium seat sales, hospitality / executive packages, season tickets and stadium tours.
- Work on loyalty, retention and personalization strategies tied to fan usage of the stadium and club platforms.
- CRM & Single Fan View Development
- Support the continued development of Al-Qadsiah’s Single Fan View by integrating ticketing, retail, app, stadium Wi-Fi, and event attendance data.
- Leverage insights to create segmented and personalized campaigns that improve conversion rates, retention and matchday engagement.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using fan data and digital metrics.
- Platform Development & Innovation
- Provide input on the optimization of the club’s digital platforms (website, app, ticketing) to ensure commercial effectiveness and strong UX, particularly in relation to the new stadium.
- Ensure new stadium information (maps, facilities, transport, services, etc.) is fully integrated and accessible on all platforms.
- Assist in defining future use cases for digital innovation within the venue, e.g. mobile ordering, contact-less fan journeys, dynamic pricing or loyalty gamification.
- Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work cross-functionally with Media, IT, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between digital campaigns and stadium initiatives.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to activate digital campaigns and integrations linked to the stadium experience.
- Support internal reporting and presentation of campaign results and digital performance.
- New Stadium Digital Activation
- Support digital readiness planning for the new Aramco stadium across ticketing, retail, access control, mobile experience and fan communications.
- Help define and activate commercial digital touchpoints within the stadium ecosystem including Wi-Fi engagement, location-based messaging, app functionality, and screen/LED content integration.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure a seamless, data-rich fan experience on matchdays.
- Contribute to CRM and data capture strategies linked to new stadium events, attendance, and real-time fan behavior.
Required:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a digital, CRM, or commercial strategy role, ideally within sport, events or entertainment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, data strategy, and marketing automation.
- Experience working on high-impact digital campaigns linked to live events or venue operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable commercial insight.
- Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Tableau or equivalent.
Desirable:
- Experience working with sports industry platforms (e.g. ticketing, access control, app integrations).
- Familiarity with new stadium openings or digital/venue transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of fan engagement strategies and digital revenue models.
- Commercially focused and fan-first in approach.
