- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing fixed asset processes in large-scale or multinational organizations.
- Experience with asset-intensive industries such as real estate development, theme parks, hospitality, infrastructure, or construction is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting designation (required).
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
- Background in mega-projects or city-scale development is a significant advantage
- Deep understanding of IFRS/GAAP fixed asset accounting and CapEx control.
- Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and fixed asset subledger functionality.

+ A minimum of 20 years of experience working on urban and industrial zone planning, with at least 8 years working in a supervisory or management role on a local level responsible for handling investor-oriented land use and zoning issues.
+ Conversant with survey reports, maps, technical drawings, aerial photography, and other topographical/, geologic data to plan and design projects.
