PIPECARE KSA - Field Technician

PIPECARE KSA is seeking a Field Technician to join our team. With over 20 years of experience, the PipeCare Group provides technology and service-focused solutions to the oil and gas industry, ensuring the integrity of pipeline assets globally. Due to our growth, we are looking for experienced professionals to support our operations in KSA.

Industry/Sector:

Oil & Gas / In-Line Inspection services

Requirements:
  • Solution-oriented attitude; hands-on approach; disciplined; team player; self-motivated
Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare, sign, and submit pigging, daily, express, and other relevant reports
  • Discuss equipment and tools requirements including auxiliaries, AGM's, DGPS, magnets, launching trays, spares, tool box, and all other required tools for use in the field
  • Study and analyze project information documents, operation manuals, pigging procedures, and other project-related documents
  • Establish professional contact with client's field personnel creating friendly working relations
  • Execute field work in a safe, effective, and efficient manner in accordance with PipeCare QA/QC procedures and in line with project planning
  • Coordinate field activities between PipeCare team, subcontractors, clients, and other involved parties
  • Perform ILI runs successfully without data loss as per POF & API standards
  • Conduct cleaning runs to established PipeCare cleaning criteria
  • Conduct site surveys and DGPs Surveys per PipeCare procedures and operational requirements
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader within the job role
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
  • Experience in the oil and gas sector, preferably with ILI exposure
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Professional level of English language proficiency
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to travel extensively, including internationally
  • Flexibility to work hours based on business and project needs
  • Ability to work independently or within a team to ensure project success
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk, climb, and maneuver within industrial environments
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to focus and multitask
  • Willingness to wear safety equipment as required
  • Sufficient mobility and reflexes to perform duties and travel as needed
