Summary:
As a Construction Site Manager Wind, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of wind energy projects. You will ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, manage site operations to meet project timelines and budgets, and provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budget constraints.

- Ability to acquire data and produce reports for client and senior management.
- Active personality, experienced to lead the construction from the Front Line.
- Good command of English in reading, listening, writing and speaking.
- Good command of Arabic (preferred but not a must).

- Review and provide construction methods and schedules.
- Engage HSE team and provide inputs to construction planners and material team for efficient construction plans.
- Review 7, 30, 60 and 90 days progress reports.
- Responsible for supervision of construction activities to achieve project objectives, e.g. safety, quality, environment, schedule and cost, etc.
- Ensure Risk assessment and method statements are properly documented and approved by the client.
- Regularly conduct meetings to engage construction team and motivate them for efficient and safe work progress.
- Coordinate with Client, keeping Client informed timely of progress and problems.
- Coordinate with Project Control to obtain the status of costs and schedule, and coordinates with the Material Control to obtain the status of materials.
- Coordinate with project Engineering Manager to obtain technical information for construction.
- Manage subcontractors and review list of remaining work and ensure completeness. Assists with preparation of required documents for construction completion.
Skills
- Minimum 15 years of experience out of which 5 years as deputy construction manager for Aramco project.
- Good understanding of QHSE standards and requirements.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation for critical activities including lifting, scaffolding, excavation, site clearance etc.
- Ability to acquire data and produce reports for client and senior management.
- Active personality, experienced to lead the construction from the Front Line.
- Good command of English in reading, listening, writing and speaking.
- Good command of Arabic (preferred but not a must).
