Key Responsibilities
- Site Leadership: Direct and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is delivered in line with programme, budget, safety, and quality requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 10–15 years' construction management experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent / Site Manager role on major infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, rail, airports, utilities, or industrial developments).
- Background: Strong pedigree in Tier One main contracting, with a proven record of delivering complex civil engineering and infrastructure works in the GCC or other international mega-project environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methodologies, heavy plant operations, temporary works, and sequencing of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Leadership: Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and motivate a diverse workforce in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- HSE & Quality: Demonstrated commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality, with relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, PMP) an advantage.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Qualifications
