The role holder will be is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, security, and overall

operation of OSP facilities, to ensure that the building and grounds are well-maintained, safe,

and compliant with regulations.

Develop the facility management processes, procedures and activities.

- Drive and manage the facilities management strategy in the country including portfolio management, site analysis, cash flow analysis, and sale/lease strategy
- Define business process plans for all real estate activity from site selection/lease negotiation to build out and occupancy activities in the country
- Set direction, develop, and manage the activities in the country related to real estate & facilities ownership/leasing. Work in conjunction with the corporate finance team to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

- Negotiate lease(s) and monitor for lease contract compliance.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field or in relevant field
- Master’s degree (or equivalent through proven experience) in relevant field. (Preferable).
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFM) will be an advantage.
- 10+ years’ experience in facility management, engineering, business administration. With at least 5 years of leadership in large organization. (mandatory)

Job Description

The Department of Information Systems and Operations Management is seeking potential Saudi candidates holding Master degree, for research and teaching purposes all branches of Information Systems and Operations Management.

Job Responsibility

The candidate will be expected to be available for professional duties for approximately (35-40) hours per week and to carry out teaching, research, academic advising, administrative duties and any other academic duties that will be assigned to the faculty by the academic department concerned. Also he must adhere to any other job responsibilities imposed by the Ministry of Civil Service regulations.

Qualifications

Applicant must have:
• An earned Master’s degree from a reputable university in the relevant field.
• A full time Master’s and master’s degrees with very good grades.
Certificate equivalency if the certificate obtained from outside the Kingdom.
