The Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Warehouse Operations to lead and oversee the operational strategy and day-to-day performance of a newly established distribution hub in South Riyadh. You will be responsible for building and managing a best-in-class operation, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence in line with international standards.
This role requires a strong leader who can drive operational excellence while developing teams and systems to support significant growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and KPIs to meet business objectives.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing warehouse team.
- Ensure effective inventory management, distribution, and quality control.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support wider business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and introduce best practices.
- Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics for the warehouse function.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience leading large-scale warehouse or distribution operations (10+ years).
- Strong track record in people leadership, process improvement, and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of international supply chain and distribution standards.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Previous experience in the Middle East is advantageous but not essential.
- Salary: 6,000 per annum tax-free ( ,000 per month).

- Maintain dispatch and unloading punctuality above the agreed cutoff times.
- Involve & implement 'Quality Assurance' policies and strategies (Food Defense and food fraud awareness).
- Participate in developing the yearly expenses budget for the area and manage it daily.
- Manage warehouse ambient and cold store operations to maximize resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and sustainable inventory control systems for the warehouse.
- Ensure warehouse compliance as per SOX requirements.
- Manage KPIs related to the warehouse and review results in target check meetings.
- Ensure minimum work conditions for all warehouse employees and machinery.
- Train and educate the operations team on updated company policies and procedures.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental programs, including 5S, for cold stores and the entire warehouse.
