- Strong knowledge in relational Database structure.
- Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming and architecture

- Ability to define, agree and independently execute the Project Scope in accordance with planned Time, Cost and Quality objectives.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills and ability to manage and lead in a multicultural team environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.

- Team player / energetic- Strong academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a CS, MIS, CNS.
- More than 10 years of experience
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Information Security certification such as CISSP, ECSA, ISO27001 or CISA that establishes credibility and capability in the Information Security market
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, SABSA)
- Any project or program management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, MSP)
- Experience working in a cyber security services organization of any type
- Knowledge of security technologies (e.g. AV, SIEM, IDM, IPS, F/W, SSO, DLP, SOC)

Job Summary

As part of MTech’s central project team, the Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the implementation of designated software projects for new and existing clients. This role ensures deliverables are met on time and within scope, facilitates customer training, and helps align MTech’s technology with client business goals. In addition to leading project work, the Senior Project Consultant also mentors junior team members and contributes to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage project scope, timeline, and resources to meet contractual and client expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and track key milestones.
- Lead on-site and virtual meetings with senior stakeholders to assess needs and guide implementations.
- Facilitate process discovery workshops and recommend software configurations or customizations.
- Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Identify project risks early and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Deliver high-quality, on-time implementations aligned with customer business processes.
- Conduct system and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.

Responsibilities

Owns deliverables or parts of deliverables

Owns delivery KPI’s and reporting on a given engagement
Collaborate with your Enstoa team to develop project plans and schedules and communicate key milestones both internally and to clients
Ensure on-time delivery of the deliverables we provide to our clients
Ensure professional, polished deliverables are presented to our clients
Plan and coordinate meetings and workshops among internal team members and clients
Support our business development efforts through proposal preparation and review
Holding self and others accountable to performance to plan the SOWs
Comply with Enstoa’s procedures to manage project budget, financials, and profit and loss
Use existing tools and processes to capture accurate project reporting
Schedule meetings, capture meeting minutes
Escalate rapidly when PMO process is not being adhered to
Report to Delivery lead of the project as seen as appropriate
Requirements
Core Qualifications:
