Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Completing assigned tasks by coordinating service staff activities, recognizing and meeting customer needs, maximizing output, controlling costs, and ensuring safety and high standards of work.
- Organizing documentation such as materials, invoices, PODs, SDRF, and preparing for audits.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the TP&S Team Leader, including O&M and other jobs.
- Controlling activities of customer service staff, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
- Interacting daily with customers and coordinating with commercial and field service teams on customer sites.
- Reviewing services, liaising with sales and engineers to understand customer requirements.
- Preparing work schedules, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Processing orders and material requests, following up on delivery.
- Submitting monthly reports and informing the line manager of progress and customer needs.
- Ensuring work is within budget and schedule, and promoting Veolia products and service quality.
- Complying with QHSE regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

- Maintain the service center facilities and equipment, make recommendations as & when required.

- 10 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent (Written, listen and spoken) English.
