- Maintain service center facilities and equipment; make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist the service team in efficient operations and timely delivery of services.
- Recommend additional resources, including personnel, equipment, and training needs.
- Coordinate the smooth running of the service center with staff.
- Assist the sales department in troubleshooting and carry out installation jobs at sites.
- Prepare RCA reports of MS where applicable.
- Provide technical support to sales, including technical presentations and training seminars for customers and staff.
- Maintain ongoing service contracts.
- Collaborate with the Engineering department to finalize RCA of MS failures, test cells, and faster repairs.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and sales for service-related clarifications and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing monthly MS planning and progress reports.
Skills:
- Knowledge of rotating equipment, general arrangement, design, assembly, and BOM.
- Experience with large and complex organizations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and document management systems.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
