Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Completing assigned tasks by coordinating service staff activities, recognizing and meeting customer needs, maximizing output, controlling costs, and ensuring safety and high standards of work.
  2. Organizing documentation such as materials, invoices, PODs, SDRF, and preparing for audits.
  3. Performing additional duties as assigned by the TP&S Team Leader, including O&M and other jobs.
  4. Controlling activities of customer service staff, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
  5. Interacting daily with customers and coordinating with commercial and field service teams on customer sites.
  6. Reviewing services, liaising with sales and engineers to understand customer requirements.
  7. Preparing work schedules, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Processing orders and material requests, following up on delivery.
  9. Submitting monthly reports and informing the line manager of progress and customer needs.
  10. Ensuring work is within budget and schedule, and promoting Veolia products and service quality.
  11. Complying with QHSE regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Experience of 1-3 years in the same field.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the service center facilities and equipment, make recommendations as & when required.
  • Assisting the service team in the service center efficient operations and speedy delivery of MS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ technical experience working in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or related industries specially in Wet & Dry Gas Seals & its support system (Assembly, Installation, Trouble Shooting)
  • Have knowledge of rotating equipment general arrangement, design and assembly, BOM
  • Experience with large and complex organizations
  • Appropriate computer and IT systems skills/knowledge (Advanced MS office, Power BI, document management)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Job Description

Purpose:

The Service Engineer will assist in managing area sales and operations activities under the supervision of the Area Portfolio Manager. Responsibilities include understanding market needs, obtaining inquiries from clients, providing quotations, negotiating with end users, and executing orders. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Sales and Operations:
    Support sales activities to achieve area targets.
    Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
    Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  2. Market Research:
    Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
    Provide insights to the Area Portfolio Manager on industry developments.
  3. Client Interaction:
    Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate quotations.
    Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with end users.
  4. Order Execution:
    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
    Monitor order fulfillment and address any issues that arise.
    Ensure adherence to company policies and standards during order execution.
  5. Technical Support:
    Provide technical assistance and support to clients.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
  6. Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, negotiations, and order details.
    Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
  2. 10 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
  3. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Fluent (Written, listen and spoken) English.
