    Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. GTM & Event Management: Build, manage, and troubleshoot event tracking through Google Tag Manager across all website and campaign platforms.
    2. Website & Platform Integration: Ensure seamless integration between the website and various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat), and CRM systems.
    3. Technical SEO Execution: Conduct technical SEO audits, implement solutions, and track improvements across crawlability, site speed, structured data, and indexing performance.
    4. CRM Automation: Support CRM system automation for lead nurturing and campaign personalization, ensuring high-quality data transfer from web to CRM.
    5. Script Implementation: Use HTML (and basic JS) to implement custom code, tracking scripts, and lightweight functional enhancements on the website.
    6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, product, and development teams to ensure alignment between marketing goals and technical execution.
    7. Reporting & Data Assurance: Validate that all tracking is functional and aligned with analytics/reporting needs.
    Required Qualifications
    1. 4+ years of professional experience in marketing technology, digital analytics, or a similar technical marketing role.
    2. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development) or equivalent experience.
    3. Proven hands-on expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) — certification or track record of advanced implementation required.
    4. Strong knowledge and practical experience in Technical SEO for at least 3–4 years.
    5. Solid command of HTML, and familiarity with JS and DOM manipulation for marketing purposes.
    6. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot cross-platform tracking and data flow issues.
    7. Proficiency with at least one CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) — automation experience is a plus.
    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEMRush).
    2. Background in automating CRM workflows and managing lead lifecycle integrations.
    3. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
    4. Experience working in cross-functional teams.
