Community Growth Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Identify and source top-tier coaching professionals specializing in different subject-matter areas (health, wellness, leadership and business etc.)
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including professional networks, job boards, local recruitment platforms.
• Conduct screening interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience with the TaskHuman brand.
• Act as liaison with the Talent Evaluation team to coordinate meetings, interviews, including preparation and debriefing of candidates
• Develop a pipeline of screened and qualified candidates for future openings
• Provide weekly reports and feedback on recruitment efforts
• Collaborate with other internal teams to strategize and identify qualified talent

Requirements :

• Professional fluency in Arabic and English
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong prioritization and organization skills
• Strong judgment skills and ability to problem solve
• Savvy with the latest technology and tools related to sourcing
• A proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving environment

Role

Jobs for Saudi, in partnership with Womanity, is building an employment campaign to coach 1800 women and place 600 in jobs, with particular emphasis on media-related roles. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in this mission by:

1. Developing strong relationships with employers across Saudi Arabia to secure job placements for our candidates.
2. Collaborating with technologists to apply the latest artificial intelligence technology to identify the right matching applicants for each job.
3. Providing career coaching to women, helping them build their resumes, enhance their job search skills, and navigate the media industry job market.
4. Building and managing a network of contacts in HR and recruitment within the industry.
5. Attending monthly meetups centered around recruiting.
6. Offering career coaching sessions for women, providing guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional development.
7. Preparing women for interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing feedback to help them present their skills effectively.
