Responsibilities:

1. Organize and manage the various tasks/projects of the Process Development Manager's office to support business priorities; provide general administrative support to assigned projects.
2. Direct, organize, and control project activities under the direction of the Process Development Manager.
3. Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organization and externally on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities; develop and maintain good working relationships across the organization.
4. Attend client/stakeholder meetings (as directed) to determine project requirements; effectively communicate relevant project information and updates to stakeholders.
5. Participate as an adjunct member of the Executive Committee meetings and other internal/external meetings; prepare meeting summaries and maintain track of priority lists and project updates.
6. Work independently and coordinate with senior management on special projects assigned by the Process Development Manager.
7. Collect and interpret data to produce reports; prepare proposals and business plan documents as needed.
8. Assess critical factors and dependencies for project delivery.
9. Prepare communication and presentation materials for the Process Development Manager’s strategic initiatives; work closely with the Marketing & Communication Department as needed.
10. Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables that facilitate the Process Development Manager’s ability to fulfill responsibilities.
11. Handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, poise, and diplomacy.

Job Requirements:

1. Civil or Mechanical Engineering Degree.
2. Professional Education: MBA or University Degree in a related subject with relevant PM certifications (preferred).

4. Experience in using PM software such as MS Office Project and Oracle Primavera PM P6 version 8 or later.
5. Good proficiency in English.

Your Role:

As a Project Management Officer at VisionX, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and compliance with relevant standards. What You Need:

1. 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban, Scrum) and their application in a dynamic IT environment.
3. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps) and reporting dashboards.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
