- Coordinate and follow up the process of finalizing the main phases of the project and the process of project closing; assess the level of the project outputs’ achievement of its key objectives; and ensure that all the relevant knowledge and experience are transferred and that all the documents, forms and reports related to the project are archived and documented.
- Periodically supervise the preparation of the project progress reports, the reports of the project’s challenges and risks management, and the reports on the performance measurement indicators and the factors of the project success; and submit these reports to the various parties involved in the project and to the senior management of the entity.
